If I could give this restaurant a negative rating I would as I had the worse experience with them. I ordered to pick up, they gave my friend who went to pick up the wrong food and collected cash for it, then when I exchanged it finally and again charged me for the right Food and they said they would refund the wrong amount to my friend. when I called them talked to George the manager he said he returned the money to the credit card attached to that transaction. I explained the wrong food was paid by cash and he kept repeating he refunded the money. My friend and I had to stop the next day go out of our way to prove to him that the ending on his card doesnt match the one he refunded and that he paid cash, they didnt check phone number when they gave him the food and they didnt give a receipt either. George the manager started accusing my friend that that credit card is his and he charges his card and didnt pay cash. He accused my friend that he signed the wrong name on the receipt so he could collect the money twice. What an idiotic thought process. I cant believe a person who is managing a busy restaurant thinks like such an idiot and makes up such an idiotic story in his mind to accuse two grown respectable people of lying over $30. We almost had to call the police because he was refusing to refund my friends money. It seems to me he gives people wrong food to charge twice for the same food obviously. They always say you see people the way you are yourself, so obviously If he thinks like that then he is like that himself. The food definitely is not that good amd is not worth the experience of dealing with an idiot who has zero customer service and disrespectful toward others.

Great food if and when the staff actually wants to run a restaurant business....My wife and I work second shift and crazy hours which makes it hard to go out to eat at nice restaurants. I literally called Friday morning to make sure your restaurant would be open so we could enjoy our wedding anniversary. Was told you were open until 11 pm and if we got there by 10:30 pm we should be able to get dinner. Literally we showed up at 10:20pm to have your "host" tell us kitchen was closed. We asked him to check again as we had spoken with manager that morning and driven out of our way to get there. He came back rude (almost hostile) and again stated kitchen was closed. We get very few "date" nights a year without having our kids with so THANK YOU for wrecking it for me!!!! We will never be back. No reason to treat customers like that. Change your hours if you hate "late" customers that much.

After visiting Las Fuentes over the weekend, I was very disappointed in the service we received. This was the second time in a row we visited and after getting seated by the hostess, no one came to the table to take our orders. I had to go up to the front and request a waiter. The hostess was not apologetic at all. Eventually, we got served and our waiter was very nice. However, they screwed up my order twice and my fiancé ended up getting sick from his meal. The manager gave us a small discount and a complimentary dessert. But needless to say, we will not be returning.

I went on tuesday for lunch and to enjoy my meal. I usually go there often and I have had diffrent servers and employees there serve me and they are all great. Unfortunately this tuesday that passed I had a hard time enjoying anything with some guy who i think is the owner was just constantly yelling and shouting at the employees. I have never ever felt so bad for someone as i did that day. I almost wanted to defend the poor employees because i know they are very hard working people and give the best experience and services ALL the time.

My husband and I have frequented Las Fuentes a few times already and found the service wonderful and the food great. Authentic Mexican is wonderful, we asked the waiter for recommendations on a few choices and he was spot on. Loved the chips and salsa courtesy appetizer... very tasty, a little hot for my husbands taste buds, so they gave us another red sauce in addition to the delicious spicy salsa and all was great. Thank you for the great food and service, we will be back for sure!

Ive been here many times and it is a good place to eat. There is a lot on the menu to choose from and the items Ive ordered have all been good. Prices are reasonable for the quality and size of the portions. The inside of the restaurant is much nicer than the outside would lead you to believe. I find the staff here welcoming and attentive without being annoying. I drive from Northbrook to come to this place. I wouldnt take the time if it wasnt a good place to go.

I have gone to Las Fuentes on multiple occasions, and I have never been let down by the quality of food. Every time I visit, I get the "Molcajete Surtido", which is always fantastic and leaves room for leftovers the next morning! Alongside that, the fish specials that are available are always really great. I will come back time and time again to this establishment for their great food and drinks!

I wasnt impressed with the food. I have been here a few times to try different items and I wont very like be back. The service is terrible. Every time I visited, our server was quite preoccupied with something else. The staff doesnt seem to care if you are there or not. There are other authentic Mexican restaurants that have better tasting food and are way more welcoming!

My husband personal favorite resturant as we been here several times great atmosphere and lots of tvs everywhere also great alcohol selection.Also they host events here too as this Mexcian Resturant is pretty big in size.Also there is bar area too this place is classy and not cheap Mexican place.Great staff and overall nice place in general check it out!

The food is very good and the atomsphere is inviting. My personal opinion is to not order the ground beef only because it is too well ground. We have been there 3 times now and will continue to frequent this restaurant whenever possible. The place is very spacious so getting a table should not be any problem. Go and enjoy its worth the drive.

Everything is phenomenally fresh and delicious. Their margaritas are very yummy. I used to like the hibiscus, but lately it has been too sweet for my palate. Mango and classic are my staples. The steaks and traditional Mexican dishes are delicious. The vegetarian options are also full of flavor and plentiful. YUM!

Great place. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, very inviting. The staff has always been very courteous, friendly and professional. The food is typical Mexican menu, with a few special dishes. The house margaritas are my favorite! Ive been here a dozen times and havent been disappointed once.

Dont go to this restaurant..... Bunch of scam artists.... Its not only expensive the staff is horrible.... They have bad attitude..... And they over charge your bill.... I am honestly saying plz dont go to this restaurant... There are many other Mexican restaurants in area... Scam artists...
