Dont ever come to this Taco Bell location theres nothing but immature rude people working here. Ive been here three times once I ate inside there lobby and one of the guys that was working that day was extremely rude to me when I asked him for napkins. Today when I ordered through their drive thru they charged me for the wrong order and the funny thing is that ask you to go online and give them a good review in exchange for free food. I will never be returning to this place again

Stay away from this place, I have eaten lots of Taco Bell in my life and I have never had a store make me sicker than this place, if you got the urge for some Taco Bell drive 5 minutes over to the one in Oak Lawn they take a lot more pride in their operations than this establishment.

I love Taco Bell food. The service here is absolutely awful, though. Although they are polite, simple orders take 10+ minutes to be made. The manager bribes you into leaving good reviews by offering free drinks, desserts, etc. Corporate needs to get this franchise in order ASAP.
