This is my review... take it or leave it but I didnt even eat at this location because of management and policy. I live in Indiana and I was meeting my sister and two young nieces for lunch before we headed to our 3pm appointments. Well, my directions kept taking me to the Orland Park location. My sisters Android phone kept powering down that day for no reason. Every time she touched a button it turned off with 100% battery. She asked if she could use the restaurant phone after I was 40 min late, the manager let her use it once, but it went straight to voicemail, since I was trying to call her, unknowing her phone was not working. The manager said she could not use it again. She explained the situation and informed him while it was not an emergency it was urgent. Still the answer was no. Luckily, one of their workers was very nice and offered her phone to my sister. I finally made it there an hour an 45 min later and left because my sister was almost in tears when she told me the manager was mean to her. I get it, you cant let every customer use the phone but it wasnt like she was asking to call and tell me to pick up ice cream! She order the kids food while all this was going on and she refused to spend any more money there. I called the main office today and the woman Liz didnt really care, she gave the excuse I knew was coming, "we cant let every customer use the phone", you werent there you dont know exactly what was said". Well no, but I know my sister was almost in tears when I showed up, and said the manager wouldnt let her use the phone. I also never told the woman that he was rude, I said he wouldnt let her use the phone, so what difference does that make? She offered an appetizer which I did not take, first, because I am not calling to get something, second because I will not go back, and she left this awkward pause, which I used to ask, "so thats it? You really dont care?". She responded, well I am going to call the manager and find out what happened, which Im sure will do nothing since her insincere first response was "well you werent there." I was driving around aimlessly for almost 2 hours looking for the restaurant we were going to spend money at and have a good time. We both worked at a wing restaurant (Hooters) for many years, our managers would have never said no to a situation like that, at either the Orland Park location and Schererville, IN location. Needless to say but when we want wings we will not be going to Buffalo Wild Wings again.

This was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The host and hostesses were abrupt and rude as soon as we asked for a table. Then we received a waitress who could not count, was rude, absent (minus taking the order and delivering wings), and unhelpful. We had 8 people and she was unwillingly to split check because "that requires to much work, Ill split it 4 ways though." Then we were all charged for ranch when two people at our table order it and we had to get a manager before she would take it off the check. Then to pay we had to stand in the middle of the restaraunt, because she was unwilling to split the checks so we had to walk up with her to the register. It was awful for the other tables and workers trying to walk around us. We were just as frustrated and even contemplated leaving right then and there. The managers were useless until another table complained and he finally came over and rang us all out in less than 2 minutes. It took him 30 minutes of us standing with her in the middle before he actually came over. This place is a joke, waste of money, crappy food, and the worst service I have ever received at a bdubs. I am a huge fan of the chains Asian Zing sauce at other bdubs I have been, but I will never be back to this even if they offered to pay our meals. Dont waste you time or money.

Ordered take-out from this place last week. The lady at the counter was polite and friendly. The wait for the wings + fries I ordered was not long at all. Unfortunately, the chicken on these wings was not chicken. It had the consistency of chewy rubber. My boyfriend, for whom I got the take-out, said he felt like he was chewing chicken-flavored gum. The "meat" wouldnt even rip off the bones. Also, the side of fries, mind you costed a whopping $3-something, came in a box that was more than half empty. There was a girl who opened the box to show me before I was on my way, but did so clumsily, she spilled a few fries and frankly, I just wanted to get the hell out of there (considering the clientele). For 3$ these fries should have serenaded me, otherwise I could have ordered 3 large fries from McDonalds...had I known. All in all, wings were a failure. Fries, which are so simple to make and package, were a failure. Never coming back.

It was my first and last time here, I read the reviews but I wanted to try the wings.I waited 30 minutes for a table ( there were lots of tables empty and lots of people waiting, why ??? I dont know) The wings were ok, the only good thing they have going for them is that they have so many wing flavors. My waiter was in a rush, was kind of annoyed that i was asking questions of the menu. Hello!!! never been here, of course I am gonna ask regarding the food Im going to try. Then halfway thru, all these young thugs ran inside and were trying to fight people eating there. if thats not the worst part, the workers there, were trying to stick up for the thugs. They didnt ask the thugs to leave and called the cops, only for the cops to go in the restaurant and harass the people that were eating. This place is not going to last, bad customer service and bad judgment in their part.

If I can give them no stars I would. Bww denied me service after ten hrs of work and no electricity for two days due to the storms because my boyfriend didnt have an ID. We were not going to drink any alcoholic beverages, we were with our kids (2 & 13). Once i called the manager I thought it would be resolved and he said have a good night basically. He could have offered take out but didnt. My family and I were too hungry and tired that I didnt argue but I called corporate and they stated that supposedly they are a franchise and would have to contact the owners. The restaurant management called me and offered an apology and said thats all she could do. I informed her that it was too late for that. When another woman above her called me she offered me a meal. I was like really?? People need to be addressed on certain things. They did nothing. I will never go here again.

SOME of THE STAFF AND THE MANAGER are freaking a-holes. I went with some friends and we brought a younger siblings of theres and even though my friend is 18 yrs of age we couldnt get seated because we were with a minor and there was no parent with us... IBM HOLD THE HELL UP. She was his legal guardian for the night and there were MANY OTHERS THERE who all had minors and 40% were NOT with some 40 yr old adult as the acting parent. Like wow. And the hostess, was just terrible, gave no info about what was happening then she just disappeared for about 10 minutes and came back with the manager who kept changing his story about how old we had to be to enter at freaking 7:30pm. First he said 18 then 21. And I am over 21 so I was the acting adult for the group so I dont u understand how rude and informative they can be. He was an ass.
