I drove up to the KFC around 6:00pm and all the exterior lights and signs were out and it was dark outside. I almost didnt go in because I thought it was closed. I placed my order and told the cashier three times that I wanted all dark meat, legs & thighs, legs & thighs, legs & thighs. I also told him their lights were not on outside. He just stared at me like a zombie. Anyway, I drive 20 minutes home to find out the bucket was mixed chicken with breasts and wings. Only 3 legs and 3 thighs. I DO NOT LIKE WHITE MEAT CHICKEN! Bunch of IDIOTS work there!!!!!! Do Not Go There!!!!!!!!

Was there yesterday 2/1/16 and there was no food just side orders smh. I went today 2/2/16 at 4:56pm and i heavy set woman was very rude and was not help full at all there machine was ringing $15.45 for a 8 piece when its really $13 and some change there were 3 other people infront of me that ordered the same thing and were over charged and the lady knew but never said anything i was saved because she was busy making other orders and some Hispanic dude rang me up and reminded her about it and she gave him a look like i dont care and kept putting orders together

I went to kfc on july 16 and got the wrong orders I called and complained to the 1800# and its over a month I never received a call back to me from upper management,I was promised a giftcard for 20.00 never received nothing.Ive been calling every other day to 1800 and nothing this is stupidity and laziness and they dont care. its on yelp also. what kind of customer service is this.its august 23 and still no respond from upper management or the restrauant.guess manager of the store dont care about customer service.never received giftcard

Beware: CHECK your order before leaving the drive-thru!! I went here in the drive-thru on 2/8/2016 at 4:10 pm. And theres a rude and incompetent worker here named Jessica Cortreras or Contreras. I ordered a Nashville Chicken tenders and she didnt give me the sides. I told her that i am going to call corporate to file a complaint and she just smirked. Funny how these people who never got anywhere in life want $15/hour when they cant even do the easiest job that is meant for a 16 year old.

Last night we went for a quick bite here. The tables had not been cleaned and service was slow. The cashier took the order and then turned to fill it before moving to the next customer. They should have one person devoted to filling orders.. It is unsanitary to handle food after handling money. The over breaded chicken was dry and tasteless. The cole slaw was awful. It used to be a favorite. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit here.

They freaking threw my credit card away. One day I drove through and they forgot to give my card back. I called after I found out and they said I could pick it up in the next day. When I came back next afternoon, they couldnt find and finally they admitted that they threw it away with receipts because they didnt see it. They suggest me to suspend the card and apply a new one for free? What the heck is that?

Lugene is awesome! I havent been to a KFC in a long time, debated about going, saw the reviews and Lugene was mentioned a few times. I went right at lunchtime and got great service, when I noticed the young mans name was Lugene,I told him he was the primary reason I came in. He was flabbergasted! His service was great and the food was great too!!! THANKS Lugene!!

Terrible customer service. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy. Grease and dirt all over the walls and floor boards. Rude staff and very unprofessional. The district manager is clearly not with it, this place would fail anyones standards. The counter guy is like an emotionless zombie.

One word terrible, chicken and mashed potatoes were so dry, the chicken was tiny, my order took a long time, and the cashier/order guy I believe his name was Angel was half-asleep and uncooperative. I wouldnt go here if I were you. I would rate half a star or zero if I could. This place sucks.

I rated this place a three before, now I have changed it to a five star rating. They have a new employee name Lugene who is a excellent hard-working employee who will go above and beyond for his customers. Its so hard to find good customer service and he great asset to this company.

Terrible experience. The counter guy seemed put-out and didnt want to be there. Our order was wrong, as they short changed us on what we paid for. The gravy wasnt sealed and spilled in the bag and the chicken was overcooked. Just a dreadful experience.

Dropped by the drive in of this place right before the super bowl, which wasnt busy for some reason. After getting home with my meal, now I know why, Their crispy chicken was overly crispy, and tasted bad. Never going back here.

Guy working was very nice, food was good. The coleslaw was frozen, but he replaced it for us. Little cold in the building, but that is mostly due to the door being opened often. Overall pretty good experience and good food.

Lugene has great customer service skills. I had to wait a few minutes for my food and he gave me free biscuits because I had to wait and brought my food out to me at my table. Was very friendly and accommodating.

If you like fried chicken, kfc is a good place to go around these parts. This place isnt necessarily the cleanest or the nicest restaurant around, but if youre going to kfc that shouldnt matter too much.
