I really want to like this place, but it just hasnt been great so far. I carried out my first order and just did a take out for my 2nd. The Chicken Works wrap is just OK. It is certainly HUGE (making it a good value for the price), but it just isnt really anything great and is kind of just a salad that is smothered in honey mustard. The biggest issue is that, as others have said, the chicken is always dry. The mac and cheese... is a joke, sadly. I am 90% sure it is just kraft mac and cheese. I had that quite a bit as a kid and it tastes identical. Thats not acceptable. I will surely be back and will try a non-wrap item next time, but so far I have been very disappointed.

I have only ordered from Chicken Works one time, but my coworkers had high recommendations for them. I ordered the chicken works wrap which comes with chicken, cheese, cucumber, lettuce, and honey mustard. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and the chicken was seasoned well and juicy. It was really big, and tasty without making me feel too guilty about my lunch. The order came to my work quickly, and everything was as ordered. Next I want to go in person and check out their salad bar.

Good chicken. Good service. Even better is the salad bar. Fresh items, moderately priced, if I am on the road and need to grab a quick meal, this is about as healthy as I can get fast food. A few pieces of chicken, and a small salad on the side (legit salad, too - not just iceberg, but spinach, arugula, and a number of other items) will run me about $11 without a drink. And it fills me up. Sriracha is always available, which is appreciated. This is a great place.

We drove an hour out of our way on a Friday,in late afternoon traffic, it was worth it!!! The salad bar was wonderful!!!! Fresh mango, strawberries, marinated mushrooms, egg, beets,shrimp, grilled chicken, mandarin oranges-divine-like the delicious fresh grilled chicken. The pricing is fair-due to the high quality of the food and its healthy content. The staff is so friendly and accommodating without hovering. The best part, my son(very picky) loved it!

great salad bar, fresh choices. I put together a mean fresh salad, with grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers, almonds, walnuts, olives, carrots, garbonzo brands, and balsamic dressing. very healthy, filling, weighed just over a pound, cost $9.50 with tax. good value, and you pick what you want, so load up on fresh chicken, nuts etc great place!

The staff were nice and keep the place clean and warm. I waited for someone in here and the feel of the room was nice. If I was closing somewhere to eat, I would come here. Not many local restaurants serve healthy and filling foods. But here you can indulge in many tasty options. Make sure to leave a tip!

They grill all the chicken on site and it always smells delicious. My go to meal is the chicken pita sandwich with a side of sweet curry rice. The salad bar is a great option for a healthier dinner. Occasionally they have white chicken chili which is pretty awesome. Call ahead and you can carry out.

I was looking for a place to eat lunch yesterday and the reviews were good so I stopped here. I ordered the half chicken. Both guys behind the counter were very polite and helpful. The chicken was FANTASTIC!!! Im looking forward to going back soon! I would definitely recommend this place.

The chicken there reminded me of my childhood in Europe; it was perfectly cooked, NO GREASE, and not overpriced for such a treat! I highly recommend going there- I believe there is only ONE in Chicago. Plus! They let you take as much special red sauce as you like!!

Very fordable and popular for lunch! I usually get the pita chicken (#11 I believe) and it comes with soup, and a drink. People also call ahead during lunch to just pick up since it can get really busy!
