Michelle, what appears to be the manager of this location is very rude. After paying almost 8$ for a meal I asked if I could have a second bbq sauce and she said 22 cents.... I come to this location very often and all of the other employees at this location are nice and friendly and have no problems providing a paying customer with enough sauce so they can enjoy their meal. However Michelles rude, crabby , unfriendly attitude makes me think twice about visiting this location. The manager should be making customers happy and ensure that the customers have a good experience so that they return. Whoever owns this location should definitely rethink who they have managing this site. As I just read other reviews complaining about her. And this is not the first time she had been rude to me which why I felt like I should leave a review. Please get rid of Michelle and continue to make delicious food and I will return.

* Asked if we could add a coleslaw to our order. Was told "only because you asked nice, but I wont do it again next time"... and no, she was completely serious. * Had a gut feeling to double check the order... found that the white chicken we requested was nowhere to be found. Had to go in and change it. * We ordered spicy chicken... I dont know if they messed up and gave us regular, or if we just couldnt taste it. * Chicken was VERY crispy... almost burnt crispy or really old. We couldnt tell! * Got home and looked at our receipt. We were charged a medium drink and only ordered smalls. In general, bad product, employees made numerous mistakes on one order, and the employees were rude. Dont recommend it. Go to KFC. Its right across the street.

Please tell me how the word "mild" can be mistaken for "SPICY?" This has happened not once, not twice, but THREE times. Not all the chicken will be spicy, just enough to make the mild chicken taste off. If they dont have enough mild pieces it is NOT okay to substitute spicy without asking the customer if its alright to do so. I guess I will be finding other places to buy MILD chicken. Also, it might behoove workers with long hair to wear the appropriate hairnets or hats so customers wouldnt have to worry about hair in their food. Some of the workers Ive seen were messy with their hair.

Did not honor the 4th of July special. Especially after I called an hour earlier if that special pricing and deal was still available, and they confirmed. Got there within the hour and manager told me that corporate pulled the promotion. Just another switch and bait. They should have just honored it considering that the remembered that someone called to confirm the promotion was still available. Wasted 45 minutes driving to get there.

Terrible purchase . The chicken was obviously the crap that has been sitting on the racks all day or in some bucket somewhere. The chicken was saturated with grease and the skin was soggy. Fries were horrible. And the container that had the MP was runny on the side. Dont go to this location . Love popeyes but this location can give you a hard time purchasing it again.

The employees here are usually friendly. The manager will make you feel unwelcome. I usually spend about $50 each time I come and the manager will just roll her eyes when you say hello. I will continue to go to popeyes because its fast, convenient and the quality of the food is decent. However, I believe popeyes needs to reconsider their management team.
