Hello, I visited this location on Tuesday (4/16) around 9;30pm. My chicken was not very fresh. It tasted like it was fried hard and it was old. Secondly, I asked the cashier for a packet of honey for my bisquit and she said it would cost me ten cents. I couldnt believe they charged for honey. Its a condiment and should come with my food (i.e. ketchup, salt, pepper). I thought that was very rude and I felt like its taking advantage of the cutomers. I told the cashier to forget it because its not worth it. Needless to say, I was very dissapointed.

For some reason a lot of Popeyes restaurants have really bad service! I walked into this one expecting the same and boy was i surprised! Great staff!!! Very well mannered and well spoken kids! I was told that my order would take 10 min and the manager himself came and apologized for the wait time! He even went as far as offering my daughter and i free drinks!!! AWESOME JOB GUYS!!! I found my new popeyes location!!!

Place is awesome!!! Deffinately will continue to come back. I come here all the time and have gotten outstanding and great service here. Ive gotten to know the staff and think they are all amazing people. Together, Marrisella, Big Al, Vic, Yazmin, Iris, Olga and the rest of the crew make an amazing team. I havent been disappointed yet. and Im hoping I never will be, fingers crossed. I love those tenders!!

The food has always been ok when Ive ordered it, but we always get chicken tenders and they are -never- ready. It is always a 15 minute wait. Also, I agree with the other review, I understand charging for extra honey, but you shouldnt be charged for just some honey to go with the biscuits that is the purpose of having the honey in stock to begin with. Seems overly cheap of them.

So originally I gave you guys a bad review because every time I went in the mens bathroom the toilet was broke but now youre newly remodeled the bathroom it looks awesome the food is great and I have no complaints so thank you and this restaurant definitely deserves a thumbs up
