I was trying to call you all but you wouldnt answer I just had wisdom teeth surgery and I wanted something tender and healthy to eat, while eating my greens I have an whole roach dead looking at me.. My 10month old baby and mother also got plates and now we are sick to our stomach.. I can not believe this at all.. Nasty.. If my baby get sick you better believe I am getting a lawyer. I also have pictures of the road and I am reporting it to the health department..

The food is good but those great comments about the service, not so true. Ive always enjoyed their food but I hardly ever can order what I want when I want it. They run out of everything! I often pre-order over the phone and still wait 20 plus minutes in the store for my food. And Im usually not even waiting in a line. Delivery is a joke and parking sucks. The food is the number one reason to go here but dont expect the best service.

Ordered the fried lobster and shrimp, the lobster was under cooked. For the amount of fries they give you I dont know why they bother giving you any at all. The girl behind the counter acts like shes doing you a Favor by taking your order. No smile, no hello, no thank you. I body is rejecting this food as I type this....never agai.

The Food Is Great However The Employees Can Be Rude At Times.... It Takes For You To Call 3-8 Times For Someone To Finally Pick Up To Take Your Order Over The Phone If Your Trying To Avoid The Long Wait Time That It Takes When Coming In Person To Place Your Order.

Went to the Roosevelt location today. I wasnt to pleased with the greens. They are normally very good, but today they had to much pepper. I dont know why when you order the same thing it always taste different.
