The service here is HORRIBLE!!! The waitresses act as if theyre racist. I went there with my co-worker for take- out and I was completely ignored to the point where the cashier only spoke to my hispanic friend. When we walked in the young lady immediately took my co-workers order (whose hispanic) and when I began to give her mine (Im black) she asked me to wait and turned around to ring up customers. I stood there for 15 minutes while she rung up 5 people and then walked to the back of the restaurant. By that time my co-workers order had been made and sitting there for 10 minutes. I had to give my order to the cook (who prepared it in less than 5 minutes I may add), in which the cashier returned to ring up my co-worker and ask her what I wanted in spanish, I then let her know in spanish that I SPOKE SPANISH all for her to ask my co-worker what I ordered. She was completely RUDE and had it not been for the cook I wouldve waited 30 minutes for a 3 minute meal!!!!..... AND there tacos were nasty!!! Cant believe I wasted my break for that crappy service and crappy meal!

Ive only been here maybe 4-5 times and only tried 2 things, but I will say that they were awesome everytime. The carne asada burrito is amazing. The steak is marinated to perfection and they put a lot in it. I love that they put slices of fresh avacado in the burrito too. The al pastor tacos are seasoned well and very filling. When you dine in they give you fresh homemade tortilla chips and a arrangement of 5 salsas and sauces. I urge you to try them all. They each have their own flare. So regardless of your taste buds you will find one that you like. Ive introduced many friends to this restaurant and now their hooked. Theres about 3 or 4 other Mexican restaurants close by but they dont compare to this one.

Los tacos estan deliciosos Este taconazo te da 4 diferentes tipos de salsa estan ricas de eso no hay duda mas te dan chiles en vinagre y una tasa de crema igual de dip con los nachos. PERO TODO ESTO TE LO COBRAN no es como en los otros taconazos que los nachos y salsa es gratis

La comida es muy buena pero el servicio es muy malo y en tiempo d invierno no hay calefacción xq esta muy frio con las temperaturas muy bajas además cuando estan cocinando hay mucho humo q los ojos t lloran no vuelvo a ir a comer asi si no mejoran sus instalaciones

This restaurant just pissed me off.. ive never had a problem with any mexican restaurant.. but this one was terrible.. i had to wait half an hr for my food.. nd customers after me got their food before me.. nd wen we asked for our order da lady said we could stay if we wanted to if not then we could go.. i was like really?? That was extremely rude.. im very upset.. i shouldnt hav paid for anythng because it was terrible... i hated this place for being my first time.. they dont deserve any stars at all.. but had no choice.. terrible place..

I love the food hear I come hear and eat like bout 4 times a week the workers are very friendly I have only had one problem there and that was some of the workers cant speak English or understand it but the food and Sasa good I was going there when they first opened cuz of the one down the street that we all use to go to got so popular that the food fell off and they did not have good customer service

Dont ever order anything they make in the back. They are filthy and keep gwtting shut down. I asked for a ham quesadilla on flour tortilla and it had pubes in it! When i told the waitress she just laughed and said the manager was not there. Also on another occasion they tried to sell me some moldy flan. Front of the house taco cooks are good. But i would trust the quality comming from the back...

El taconazo restuarant is very sneaky be careful they dont give you a reciept because they ALWAYS over charge... everytime i go there i end up paying different prices for the same thing and when i asked for the reciept i saw they charged me for things that i didnt even order. i ask the lady i was charge 10$ for and she couldnt explained...got my money back but never ever going there anymore.

worst customer service ever! the ladies there dont check up on you, they go behind the counter and have endless conversations. Last time I went, I witnessed about 5 different couples leave without paying. The food is great on the other hand. This restaurant serves great food but has the worst service!!! could have a lot more business if they just had the right people working there.

My experience was exquisite! I was given a smorgasbord of 5 delicious salsas to enjoy with my free chips. Free chips is one of the most important criteria for an establishment to even be considered good. Then, the wait staff was very knowledgeable of their menu and very curtious. The tacos are superb! I also fell in love with the eye-candy...for desert (lol). Enjoy.

Food is Delicious but every time I go the prices seem to go up. I wouldnt mind paying so much if the service was good but the waitresses are rude and mean. Yes, always ask for a receipt they will overcharge for anything they can. Beware, they do charge for chips and salsa if you dont want it let them know cause theyll charge you up to 5 bucks for it.

The food is great but the staff are VERY rude and dont even attempt to speak English. They just started putting the prices in the menuprobably because the price will change when you get to the register. I always eat here because the tacos are delicious but I am not sure I will rerun if they dont fix their poor service.

Its a great place to go. Their style of meats are one of a kind!@ The best meat style you have to try is the SUADERO STYLE! Its the best meat they have in my opinion. The others are great too. Try it on a taco or my favorite... the burrito. I like my burrito suadero meat with everything and crispy.

I called to ask to speak with a manager and the female told me that they cant do that and hung up. The city constantly shuts this place down, seems that they always fail their health inspections. Eat at your own risk! *Update the city finally permanently closed it down.
