Worst service ever. Starting off with trying to be seated. . Not one employee acknowledged our presence. We waited about 7 mins trying to put our names on the waiting list. When the waitresss asked for our name ... she didnt let us know and estimate waiting time. A customer before us told my boyfriend and I that there was booths available and this place is always short staffed. I agree. After 10 mins of waiting we were seated. Given that, we already knew what we wanted to eat so we were prepared when the waiter(Ryan) came. He asked for drinks first I asked for a coke.. and we went on with our orders. My boyfriend tried getting pie as well knowing these people take awhile for service but the waiter cut him off and said he can order that after we eat. Once he came back with our drinks he gave me a sprite. . Once I informed him I asked for a coke .. he said "my bad... Im tweaking. Not very professional. Our food was cold when we finally got it. Never coming again.

I have been here for a while (lil over a year) I am naturally a person of integrity and it will show without effort - I always say "treat people how you want to be treated". I do my job at Bakers Square with that philosophy in mind. My year at this restaurant has shown me sometimes it is hard to be a genuine good person when you are smothered by people who do not practice integrity or teamwork - blatant discrimination by not providing me with an opportunity to perform. Customers have said I provided them with the best restaurant serviced they had received in the past 15 years, on numerous occasions. Why would you only schedule and employee as such only two days out of the week?

Located on North Ave (West bound), which gives you a chance to access it from both directions given the fact that its on a corner of a busy intersection and a second option from the next intersection towards the east bound. THE OIES AND CAKES!!!!!! Great food. Service is rapid, and the servers are always well prepared to answer all questions. Rice is not bad for the type of food that is served. Not as busy as you would think. Always a nice size crowd. Good for dinning in, so you can enjoy a perfect dessert. Or... just stop by to buy on if their delicious and fresh pies/cakes. Perfect for a special occasion. Specially the key lime pie (recommended).

Visited here on a Saturday night at 9pm and they had 3 waitresses and no hostess. There didnt seem to be anyone in charge and it took our party of 4 nearly 15 minutes to be seated although there were at least 10 empty tables. Once seated, we waited nearly 20 minutes to order drinks, another 10 to receive them and order our meals. After another 40 minutes I literally had to chase our server to as where our meals were. Another 10 minutes and they were delivered cold and incorrect. Needless to say we left and went to Dennys a few miles away. NEVER AGAIN BAKERS SQUARE!

Awful experience. Waitress took an extra 15 minutes to give us our check even after we had to remind her we were there. Oh, and on a separate order for three SMALL slices of pies, the bill was $13.11. I gave her $13.25 ... she took her time setting it up and told me to have a nice day...Oh, yea- and she didnt even give me my change back!! Not sure if it was her first day, but I mean come on- cant you count? I also found it funny how the manager was doing NOTHING and was yelling at his employees to hurry up. Never coming back nor recommending.
