Stopped by this evening to buy lunch and to also get my cake I never recieved the last time. The cashier was very nice..she asked the manager Paul if it was ok he was very rude and said "just give it to her" he really had a terrible attitude about it and I almost just wanted to pay for it. I can tell he was aggravated because he rolled his eyes at her and me as he walked off, The food was ok but overall the rude manager made me uncomfortable.

Customer service is key for a successful business. But when the manager shows lack of concern when a simple mistake has occurred, thats tells me a lot about the overall care for customers. Visited there for the first time and will not return nor recommend to others. Something as simple as fulfilling my order completely, just costed them a returning customer. Be sure to check that they give you your chips when it comes with your order.

We came on National Smile Day and got a free mug and had a free flatbread coupon. They werent scanning but the manager was amazing. She give it to us and provided beyond exceptional customer service for us even though we werent paying out of pocket today. Normally customer service sucks if you are taking advantage of something free but this was amazing. My friend and I were beyond impressed. Love this manager will return!

Very disappointed in my panini. First and foremost the sandwich consisted of 3 slices of zucchini, maybe one artichoke heart, and three slivers of tomatoes. The panini itself was made of toast not panini bread and was NOT worth $8.

Tastes fresher than Panera.. mmmmm. Their breakfast is amazing too. Delicious baked French toast with syrup from scratch. The chicken Apple sausage was yummy and my husbands farmers scrambled eggs were so satisfying. Go!
