Was a good bakery for many years, this year I order a birthday cake, same cake Ive been ordering for the last three years triple chocolate chocolate cake chocolate filling chocolate mousse frosting... this year I get chocolate cake chocolate mousse filling vanilla frosting decorations not done the way I asked them to be done... so 2 hours before the party the owner said either dont take the cake and Ill refund your money or Ill $8 off for the decorations... I told everybody in the store from now on go to Webers on Archer or go to the bakery at Jewel and ask for Kim, shes the best and will go out of her way to make customers experience a success... Very rude, inconsiderate and uncaring counter girl and ignorant owner...

On Friday March 11, 2016, I went in and bought a Cheese Coffee Cake, and VERY LITTLE Cheese and tasted a day OLD! I asked the sales girl behind the counter to cut-the Coffee in Half....and her reply was--- I CANT DO THAT!- (I wanted to share this with a Priest at Church) so tell me whats so hard about cutting it in HALF? If she so miserable GO BACK TO POLAND! This will be my LAST Time going into Olymipia Bakery in 9229 S. Roberts Road in Hickory Hills, Illinois 60457.

Almost perfect bakery for any sweet table parties or homemade bread ...lots of stuff from Poland from produces to newspapers too...Ladies they speak Polish and English...They have lots of baked stuff from Bread (they baking them as a original in Poland) Paczki(Polish Donuts) coffee cakes ...u can even order a coffee and seat inside ..they have like 3small tables with chairs...and enjoy your fresh cake and coffee...

I went there to buy a birthday cake and was very pleased. They gave me and my mom who was with me a 8"cake with filling. They were kind enough to fix the crack on the cake due to whatever reason,replace the ribbon on it, added the roses frosting, and it came out beautifully done. The place has everything you need for all special occasions. It also has a small, grocery supplies in the bakery.

Every time i order a cake at this place the staff ends up misspelling the names of my kids on the cake. Then i have to wait while they try to correct it. Terrible! they need to replace those teenagers working there. They need to take the customers more serius and be more professional. Today was the last time i order a cake at the place. Today is the last time i will ever by at this place.

The cake I bought here for my moms 75th birthday ruined the party! The cake was so dry that you couldve choked trying to swallow. Not only was it dry...the layer of strawberry and banana was very little. It was pretty much ALL DRY cake with no filling. It tasted days old as well. Trust me on this...dont go to this bakery for your needs. You will regret it.

Ordered my dads 65th birthday cake from here and made it custom for him. It came out amazing. You can taste the freshness in the fruit and the cake is so yummy. People who usually dont eat cake ended up finishing their slices.

Really yummy cake & great prices for everything. We got our wedding cake & our sweets table from there & everything was delicious. Will definitely be ordering future special occasion cakes from there & would highly recommend!

Work nearby-there is a flaky apple something, I can never remember what its called but it is 5 dollars and serves about 6 - 8 people. I grab one before our meetings. Love it whatever its called.

Everything is fresh and it smells great! There is usually a short wait but the line moves quickly. YUM! They also have Polish magazines. English and Polish spoken here.
