LSS: cold dry wings wasnt told about upcharge on refills. LONG STORY: Wings got cold Soggy breadded boneless wings with hardly any sauce. Asked for more and waited 11 minutes. On top of that my wait staff "recommended" strawberry lemonade ask a drink. Neglected to tell me that the refills were not free like regular lemonade. My party had 8 servings. That is 28.00 in lemonade plus tax. Our food total was 33.00. We were surprised when the bill came and it was about 20 dollars more than expected.

We went on Sat evening. Very slow service and it wasnt busy. My sandwich didnt come with the right ingredients, slaw was just slaw mix and no dressing, appetizer and our food was so salty you could barely eat. I didnt finish my meal. Very disappointed because in the past its usually been good. Not in a hurry to return, other places that arent as pricey with better food.

So Ive always liked bww, but I walk in here..... smells like when you empty a milk jug, then leave it out for a few hours, then open the cap.... thats how it smells in here. The place is dirty, stinky, and the food is mediocre. Disgusting overall. Stadium food is 10x better, smell is 10x better, and the staff doesnt look like they ate all the leftovers.

I generally visit the Savoy/Champaign BW3, but any time Ive been to this location Ive been pretty pleased. Granted one time we were with some of our company reps so they paid for everything :) The wings always seem bigger than the other locations, its just so pricey even on the days they have specials.

I was passing through and happened to stop for some wings. I was really dissappointented with the way I was treated by management. I happened to be served by the General Manager Jared and he had an awful attitude. Food was great but customer service desrves less than 1 star.
