Karina needs to stop handling the phone and taking orders she has VERY POOR customer service! Placed and order for pick up she rushed me off the phone had to call back to ask her if she needed my name for the order that I had previously before she tried rushing to put me on hold for another 15min again lol you could tell she felt dumb and said yes then went on to asking for the name. smh

Karina just took my order she needs to get re trained and learn customer service . Always order from here and its the first times shes took my order extremely rude . rushing me to order and kept repeating anything else anything else anything else like yes if you would stop interrupting me and would let me think I would of ordered MORE !

Nice workers, but my food was nowhere near what was advertised. My fries looked like sweet potato fries, my chicken tasted like it came out of a microwave. =( I wish i could post a pic. And these sticky floors are gross, at lease the guy jumped on it once i told him of it, but it shouldnt have come to that.

I got the 10 pc boneless Original Hot/hickory BBQ (because I like it hot), with the Large seasoned fries as a side (recommended). There was not much of a wait, and the food was steaming hot. I was in and out of this locations within twenty minutes the only problem that I faced was getting out of the lot.

The first time I stopped by I ordered the boneless wings. They were filled with bones! As I was leaving, I complained about those so-called "boneless" wings & all I got was a not very sincere apology!

Food was good as always. I didnt like the Louisiana sauce but the friendly staff went above and beyond to get me a new flavor then they followed up twice to make sure I liked the new one.

The Wings and fries are excellent. The price is a little bit high. My son enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I would suggest stopping there if you are in the Berwyn, Lyons area.
