Im really being nice and gave 1 star because my experience today was garbage. I wish I had left out like the other people because of wait. Wait time to order your food was crazy long and they was empty as hell. We sat down at 9:34pm and didnt get to order until 10pm because no waiter. All workers was sweeping the nasty floor around people eating. We finally order the food and drinks. It took about 20 mins to drinks came out. When food did come to table the chicken was dry as hell with touch of sauce and I told them to make them extra wet. So I complain and waiver came out with extra sauce but tried charge us for it. Our waiver came with on refill on our drink 30 mins after getting our food. We was dying for thirst. Our waiter disappeared on us f or 30 mins and I was trying order something else before special was over. One worker sat all day, 2 female complain and annoying customer but have nasty attitudes. The GM manger Brad had the biggest attitude by far. He had are waiver busy for him for 30mins that I couldnt get any other service. When I complain to him (Brad) he had , cocky attitude and very rude. I just paid for my stuff so I can leave when I notice they over charge me double cost on my debit card. I would never go back to any Buffalo wild wings again.

Went here with my bf and waited 20-30 minutes to be seated while we were looking at a bunch of empty seats the whole time. When we asked the man at the door if we could sit down he told us no and said someone had to seat us. After finally getting someone to sit us down it took them another 30 minutes to come and take our order! When we asked a random waitress that was just passing by what was going on she said "no one took your order yet?!" We told her no, she walked away like she was going to fix it and we never seen her again. After that a guy kept stopping by every 5-10 minutes saying that he will be taking our order soon, you would think all the time he spent doing that he would have just gotten our order out the way! We are not difficult at all we already knew what we wanted walking in! When he finally got to us he was rude, told us we couldnt get the 1/2 off wings( it was Tuesday, and we had JUST missed the special) maybe we would have gotten it if it didnt take them so long to get our order or sit us down! The guy was not apologetic at all didnt even try to fix the situation so we got up and left! I would not recommend going here at all!!

Rude, disrespectful, liars about policies. The manager doesnt know the name of their supervisor or the phone number to corporate and also had no way of finding out?? That is an outright LIE. Manager claimed that accepting phone in orders wad discrimination illegal. Again, an outright LIE. If you dont know the answer then find out or say "Im sorry I dont know", to the customer process you do not value business, respect me, and just dont care. They also Refuse to allow a business, without internet connection to place carry out orders ahead of time. They expect everyone to wait in person for a minimum of thirty minutes if they want carry out. And for a group of people getting lunch that means my wait time is closer to an hour. That is not carry out and debates the purpose. The managers clearly arent trained properly and simply do not care about the customer or their dining experience. I will never return to this location. And the franchise itself due to the rude, uncaring, disrespectful way the alleged manager handled the situation. Unbelievable. Zero competency or customer service. Sad when KFC beats you in those categories.

By far the worst service I have ever received. The place was empty yet it took them 15 minutes to sit us. The table we sat in was slightly dirty and there was a bunch of garbage under our table so the waitress said she would be right back to sweep it up (Never did). Once seated we waited 21 minutes to have someone even ask for our drinks and in between that same waitress from before asked if we had been helped when I said no she said she would be right back to take our order (she never did). The waitress that finally took our order never asked us if we needed anything, didnt give us napkins, never brought us refills and I had to ask someone else to bring us the stuff I asked that she never did. When it came time to pay she kept passing us by while I tried to get her attention to grab the check. When she finally grabbed it she snatched the receipt and my card. Worst service in this location. If you want better service drive the extra 10 minutes to the location on Ridge Rd!

I visit this place often. The food was good smd there was quick service when I first started going here. I honestly want to know what happen because all they sell is old cold food. I asked Kyra could I get some fresh fries and you know what she said. She took the fries away she probably had the cook to toss them back in the grease. Then she came to me and said these fries had just came out the grease so I believed her, but guess what. When I took a bite of one fry it was cold and filled with grease. I,wouldnt go to this place if I was you unless you dont care of the service they give you. They are only working there for the paycheck they could careless about you. Im actually through with this place Im currently taking my money and spending it somewhere else where theres quick, and friendly service, and good, fresh, and HOT food. SMH the worse experince ever.

Went in after a movie with my husband asked to sit at the bar, but there were no chairs available, so we sat directly across from it. After no one came to take our order 7 minutes later, we asked who was waiting or table, she did NOT know. 5 minutes after that a person from behind the bar asked did we order and she took it, but only brung water 5 minutes later and had a conversation, with a waiter while holding them in her hand. 30 minutes after ordering, my husband asked , the African-American red head about our order, she just gave him, An "Ill check"Longer story short, after 59 minutes in this place all we got was was water. WE GOT UP AND LEFT!

The waitress Riana or Rinna whatever her name is, is racist as hell. She took care of all the African American people instead of us. Did not offer refills, nor napkins, didnt check on table, she snatched our check and money, braught change and had the audacity to throw our change at us. SHE THEN SAID WE SHOULD GO BACK TO MEXICO, CLEARLY HAS NO IDEA IM AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. Needless to say unkind girly didnt get a tip. She wears round glasses and has red hair. I will not be going back to that location if shes still there. Been going there 8 to 10 years now, not once was i treated like this.
