1:15pm and there were only 2 people working behind the counter. Same person putting toppings on sandwiches was working register. 7 people in line. I remember when i used to go out of my way to eat at the potbellys off Webster in Chicago, it did matter if there was a line to the door youd be eating in under 5mins. Not this location..... I have been before and has been faster service so maybe they had a bad day

Great selection of sandwiches, salads, and soups. Now offering Mac n Cheese- you choose the toppings. Awesome Shakes! Serves both fountain Coke & Pepsi. On Weekends, enjoy background live entertainment .... Plenty of seating and a nice location viewable from Rand Rd. Suggestion: add spicy cheese to your offerings.

Potbelly always makes great sandwiches, but given their standard of really friendly service, I have been to Potbellys where the service was more friendly. Im not blown away, but nice service nonetheless; somewhere Ill go back to.
