this location is the worst potbelly location by far. time after time i have had the worst customer experience and i have been handled by the worst managers. the first time i had a bad experience they majorly messed up my order and instead of being apologetic the manager was mad at me and hated refunding my money. the second time i had ordered ahead for my lunch break and they had a 15 minute window to have my order ready and when i had gotten there to pick it up, it still wasnt even ready and i had to wait an additional 10 minutes and the manager was extremely rude and basically threw my samdwich at me and told me that i was late when i was there on the dot to pick up the order. if you want good service go next door to chipotle. or make the trip down to the other joliet potbelly location. this one is so poor.

Potbelly has been one of my favorite sandwich shops since they first came to our area. While the prices have gone up over the years, the quality of the food and the portions have remained consistent. The Joliet restaurant is always clean, provides good service and gets your food made quickly.

Love this Potbellys location, We cater from here about twice a month, orders are always warm, made well, and have never had an order that was not exactly correct. Great option in Joliet for lunch, when there is not much that caters around here.
