Service is usually pretty slow. The place itself at 1230 on a Saturday has a handful of customers which is a big give away. It is clear who the owners are and that customer service is not a priority as they stand around talking while clearly a non-family employee is doing all the work by themselves. The brand itself seems great but they are letting poor owners speak for and possibly ruin their franchise as Ive seen happen with other sandwich shops with owners who allow/provide poor customer service. Also make sure your employees understand the health code. I WILL NEVER GO BACK because one of the employees while standing around was BITING THEIR FINGER NAILS IN THE PREP AREA. I dont want to see that. I understand we all have a bad habit or two but how do I or anyone knows if they are biting their finger nails and then making our sandwhich. Even if they use gloves they are touching the outside part of the glove that touches out food with fingers that have been in their mouth. I hope they are checking their ratings and making improvements for future customers but I will never return to their establishment.

This was my first time trying out Which Wich. I am very disappointed. We arrived around 8:35pm. I looked up their hours ahead of time and theyre supposed to be open till 9pm. We walked in and the two guys working didnt even acknowledge us. We looked at the board and had to figure out how the order/bag system works by ourselves. A few minutes after we walked in one of them started shutting off lights. There was one person in front of us waiting for sandwiches. By the time we got our food, it was 8:45pm and we were told it was carry out only and we could not eat there. I had to drive home to eat. I got home, and I start eating my sandwich, which is no longer warm now, and I realize they made it wrong. It was not an impressive sandwich by any means. I see you offer a sandwich guarantee. How am I supposed to bring back a sandwich for a refund when Im being pushed out the door before you even close? Unacceptable.

Very bad slow service with workers that dont care about the customers. What they were doing and saying while working was rude. They were speaking in another language at times that I do not understand while making my sub and laughing and looking up at me to see if I was watching what they were doing. Also giving me dirty looks the entire time I was waiting for my sub. I do not trust these workers with my food at all. Also paid for double meat, only got a single serving. Maybe would have been better if the employees keep convo topic on work related things. Bad employees = Bad business. NEVER AGAIN will I be back at this location on barrington road in schaumburg.

Arrived at 830 shorty after employee started turning off lights as we were tring to read the sandwich board turned off all open signs and outside lights as we got our sandwiches we were told its take out only got home and not impressed with the sandwiches and werent even made correctly you could tell they were in a hurry to get out and just didnt care theres nothing fancy about this place or sandwiches its just like the way white hen pantry use to make sandwiches 25$ for 2 sandwiches not made correctly bag of chips 2 drinks not worth it

Sandwiches are amazing service is horrible. After getting my sandwich I noticed there were tomatoes on it, something I never order. I spoke with one of the employees and they took back my sandwich. When they gave it back I noticed they had only picked out the tomatoes as there were still tomato seed on the sandwich. This place used to have decent service but its clear that that is no longer the case. Also, they dont follow their promise: if you dont like it theyll replace it, refund you, or both.

The choices are plentiful, however its very overpriced for the quality. It would also be helpful if the counter people spoke English clearly. This place has a long way to go to get to be as good as Potbelly or Panera especially for the price tag. Maybe Ill retry them again one day maybe,but I wouldnt go out of my way to.

Sandwiches are tasty but service is slow, it always looks like they are short staffed. Its a bit expensive but the sandwiches are different. Warm, a bit flat, and with everything you want, youll notice the difference from the first bite. Their house chips are good and Ive heard their shakes are good as well.
