I gave three stars just because of Jordan. On SUPER BOWL SUNDAY (2/5/17)I placed an order through the app. They got the whole order wrong and I immediately called them and Jordan answers the call. I told him- 7 -layer burritos tasted like bean burritos, they didnt give my chips but gave the guac, I think the bean paste they used to make the burritos was just plain BAD! He told me "I dont eat the beans here" but we did make the bean paste just a couple of hours before u had ordered. I told him I come frequently here and its never this bad of a taste. He offered to re make the whole order and I was kind of already In a bad mood cuz of the bad taste that was going on. The worst part was thay there were four of us that were eating so ALL of us got bad burritos!!!! I agreed with Jordan and he told me when I come in next time , bring the original receipt with his name written on it for a NEW ORDER. So I went in today (2/7/17) to get a word in what happened and tell them that u spoke to Jordan and that a new order will given. I walked in today some girl asks how can I help U and I told her the conversation I had with Jordan. She took my receipt to the back and talked with another person. And 15 minutes later a different person came out with RE FILLED order. She said "the receipt is in the bag." And turned around and left. Went home and ate the food and my family I agreed that todays food is how it is supposed to taste. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! No body said hello, no one said sir we apologize for what happened, no one said can u please tell me what happened , no one said how can we resolve your issue sir!!!! Nobody acknowledged that I experienced a bad situation. Believe me I know what a manager is supposed act like , talk like, behave like....and if that last person who handed my food was a manager, oh boy lets just say TACO BELL made a bad hiring decision. Honestly, the lady who handed my food did not even look at me or even say a word of courtesy. Its no wonder this location has a LOW LOW RATING.

Ive never really had too much of a problem with the food here. But its got to the point that I dont even want to waste my time coming here anymore. Usually, because I come later at night (between 12am & 2am). & 75% of the time that I do that, Ill sit at the window for anywhere from 5-15 minutes, without even being acknowledged. Ill ask if anyone is there, double check the hours to make sure I didnt come too late & they were already closed. No. Im pretty sure that if you come within an hour of them closing, & its not a weekend, theyll just ignore you. Id much rather eat at Taco bell than any other place open past 12am (McDonalds), but I guess Im just stuck with it. Cuz its better than wasting my time & gas to drive to Taco bell, to sit at the drive thru menu for 15 minutes to just be ignored.

Really bad service. They need to hire more people and improve their attitudes when handling customers. It takes so long for orders to come out! Their soda machine was also out of flavoring and only gave plain carbonated water. Another customer also got into a yelling match with someone in the kitchen. Something about beans that used to be on the menu but now theyre not. The customer got really worked up and the employee in the kitchen just kept yelling from back there instead of coming up to address the matter face-to-face.

I love taco bell but unfortunately not this one. It was dirty, barely anywhere to sit, employee taking my order was so quiet and couldnt even get my order right and it wasnt even that confusing. Not to mention he totally walked away and a whole new person came to take our order. Started order over, got the wrong food. Sauce packets not filled, and rude people in the kitchen. Probably wont get my service again.also food was poorly prepared

Slow. Slower than slow. No matter what time or how few customers they have, service takes for ever and theres no way out of the drive-through once youre in if theres cars in front and behind. So, like tonight, if it takes over half an hour for them to get through 3 orders, you are stuck until they finally finish serving the people in front of you. This is a recurring theme at this location and no one seems to do anything about it

This place messed my order up I ordered 4 softshell taco supreme and two meximelts and I got 3 tacos with just meat and lettuce and they put lettuce on my meximelts witch I also got 3 of and when I called to complain they said thats what comes on them and there was nothing they could do I I thought taco supreme comes with lettuce cheese tomato and sourcreme????

Staff was very rude. Asked me to give them high scores on the survey for a free drink. I did so but soon regretted it when it took 23 minutes to receive a chicken quesadilla after the women behind the counter referred to me as boy. Mind you I am a 17 year old male. Would not recommend.

I work close and eat here often because of low prices. Serioupsly bad service. Three times Ive been stuck in their drive thru for over 20 minutes, not an exaggerated 20 minutes but an actual 20 minutes. Order is almost always wrong, were talking 9/10 times wrong. Best to just avoid.

Ordered $40 of food at the drive through and the end the guy said, "Is that all?" Bruh... Is that ALL? They also didnt have any Hot, Mild, or Medium sauce (only verde). The interior is structurally nice and the employees are always nice. Food is reliable classic Taco Bell.

Food was good as usual. Over the last couple months though this place has had a horrible problem with staffing and organization. You can sit and listen to the staff working in confusion on whos doing what for what customer. They really need too get that together fast.

Paid for extra cheese on more than 5 separate occasions, did not feel it was any different than ordering without. Tested my theory by having a friend go through and get same burrito, I ordered extra of the 2 cheese on mine, and it looked exactly the same. Ripoff

I have been here multiple times through the drive thru. The food is almost always bad. Or they get the order wrong. Or they plain dont have a main ingredient. I dont think Ill stop here anymore.

I never had to wait in drive thru for 10 mins and I want to know what did you do to your beef taco salad the worse flavor I couldnt eat it I will never order again it use to be delicious

Terrible ! They need to hire people ! Always short staffed , bad management. 15 minutes in drive thru speaker and no answer. Never going here again , not the first time either.

Cheap for seniors. Service has gone downhill. People arent very friendly anymore. Act like they are doing you a favor taking your order, on e you actually get their attention.

Sloooooooooooowww, every time i come here. This time been in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Only come here if youre not in a hurry!
