Upon ordering a pizza the other day we found fly eggs right on top of one of the toppings on the pizza. We brought it back to the location, showed them a googled image of exactly what it was. There were even fly paper strips on the ceiling of the location and their answer was, "not sure how this could have happened." They didnt offer a credit or a refund. Scummiest encounter ever. NEVER eat here.

Ordered online, got a confirmation email with a delivery time. An hour later, tried calling the store to see where the driver was, and was sent to a call center that spoke very poor english, and they could not confirm my order was placed, and disconnected me 5 times. Finally got transferred to the store to find they never processed the order. Never ordering Pizza Hut again.

I had a rectal prolapse and I could not even eat pizza Hut correctly eating with a rectal prolapse made life a living hell!!!!!!!!!!!!))** thank god I dont have that problem anymore also a vanilla shake can sustain me sometimes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!))**)) I used to be five years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!))**))

Ordered a hand-tossed pizza was flat no leviting at all. After looking at the bottom of the crust, its easy to determine that the crust is frozen and preform. This is obviously done to cut cost, and sacrifice quality. The worst move in all economics. Never back to this place again. Not worth the gas to drive by.

Food is good but there have been two separate occasions where my order was messed up. Please make sure your employees are reading the order correctly. Also during one of my other trips here one male employee started talking about his private parts and that made me feel uncomfortable as well.

I choose wrong Pizza Hut location. I just called another one in Joliet, they dont have any problems with bringing pizza to trucker or policy bs like that. Dont waste your time and dont order here!
