Not what one expects from the outside. Upon walking in, the atmosphere and decor transport you the a small cafe on the French countryside. Roses hang from the ceilings and cloth napkins adorn beautifully set tables. The menu is loaded with a plethora of options for sweet or savory crepes. I had the creamiest, richest lobster bisque. The bisque will not disappoint as its loaded with light cream hints and sweet succulent lobster that lingers on the palette. The crepe was folded over in quarters, such as done when I was in France. It was lightly sprinkled with Tubinado sugar and French butter. It was prepared perfectly, tender to the touch, slightly airy in texture and a delight to enjoy. My main course was lamb chops. Prepared perfectly!!! Medium with a nice pan searing. Served with mint jelly, atop a ratatouille, a side of fresh fruit and garlic dill fingerling potatos. I enjoyed a Peach Martini. Basically a take on the Peach Bellini. Peach liquor with champagne a mint leaf and a slice of fresh peach. I highly recommend and will be back.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing. We were soaking because of a downpour. The first words out of the person who greeted us were not "Welcome" but that "We close in thirty minutes and you can only get dessert." With some convincing we ordered soup and a side vegetable as well as a dessert crepe. Once we got past that, things were okay. My feelings about the quality of the food were affected by the greeting. We were passing through so it isnt likely that we will be there again. It was a cute place. It seemed like it had a nice menu. The servers were pleasant once we ordered. If I had the opportunity I would go there again and give them a second chance.

Wonderful find in Homer Glen. The food was excellent, service was excellent (very attentive yet knew when not to approach us - a difficult task) and the décor was lovely. The owners paid attention to the details, like the dresses the servers wore, changing the tablecloth for day to evening service, fresh flowers, beautiful lighting, setting a Parisian ambiance. Yet, I did not find the menu expensive at all. Believe the most expensive item on the menu was $24 and that was a dinner entrée. If you like good food, moderately priced in a beautiful atmosphere you should give La Crepe Bistro a visit. Bon appetite!

The food for the most past was so full of flavor. Cheese plate appetizer= YUM, Egg/ham Crepes were delicious, steak was cut and cooked just perfectly. The lobster - not so much. The service was eh-- so so. I think she was either new at the restaurant(didnt know the wine list, or even if it was a red/white) or maybe she was new to waitressing. While she was stiff and impersonal in the beginning, she warmed up at evenings end. Atmosphere is warm, inviting. Will be back, with HOPEFULLY a better server(no lobster) for a 5 star meal.

I think this was one of the most beautifully decorated restaurants Ive ever been too. The food is equally beautiful. Unfortunately the service yesterday was horrible. The hostess/waitress was not pleasant at all or welcoming and she kept trying to take our menus before we were even ready to order. Their was no reason for this unwelcoming service. It was the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant was empty. She never even explained the specials. Abrupt service really spoiled the whole experience.

Our family is scattered all over Chicago so we like to get together once in a while for some serious face time. We vote to meet at Le Crepe from time to time and are never disappointed. This place is a charming restaurant with good service and amazing food. Its a little pricey but the menu is killer and the food well presented/prepared and very fresh. The escargot, mushroom soup and veal scallopini are to die for. Check it out!

Sophisticated decor, food and service. Enjoyed sweet and savory crepes; everyone was satisfied with the taste, portion and presentation of their dish. Coffee was rich and food and drinks were fairly priced. Looking forward to our next visit. I appreciate that our server waited until we asked for the bill and was attentive yet not obtrusive. We felt free to stay and talk and enjoy our coffee after eating.

Ordered carry out by phone.. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes to put my order in. I order $45 worth of food and was told 15-20 minutes to pick it up. I drove there and arrived within 22 minutes of the phone call and was then told it would be another 15 minutes because my order was never cooked. This is the third time Ive had awful service.. Great food, horrible customer service.

No customer service, not kids friendly. They care more about their furniture than for their customers. also they lied that they told us that no kids are allowed after 3 PM!!! have no idea how this could be a 5 star rated bistro. also i had friend that were complaining that they couldnt eat their plate because the mushrooms wasnt clean, the dirt was crunching...ugh...

Upon opening the door, the atmosphere is lavish but not overwhelming. Our server, Ellie, was knowledgeable and just the sweetest girl! She recommended delightful dishes and we left very satisfied. I will definitely be making this a regular spot for me and my beau! Next time we will sit on the quiant, but lovely, patio out front.

The crepes from this place remind me of the crepes I had in France, right on the Champs-Élysées. Very fresh and surprisingly reasonable prices. You wouldnt expect a restaurant like this in the middle of Homer Glen, but there it is. I have tried their soups and a few other entrées, everything has been amazing.

Hands down, the best restaurant Homer Glen has ever had ! The attention to every last detail is outstanding. The food is homemade and delicious, the service is the best ! The atmosphere is so comfortable, yet elegant. The prices are fine, if you complain about prices in a restaurant, you need to stay home !

The food was fantastic. I had the breakfast crepe and the creme brulee. Others with me got the escargot and duck. Everyone said everything was delicious. However, the waitress did not show up very much and took way too long with bringing us our check. She was polite and fast with everything else, though.

The obvious racism faced by a friend of mine during a trip to this restaurant is the reason Ill never return. Its one thing to just ignore a table, but to accuse us of not paying when we had to flag down another waitress to pay our bill due to this womans complete ignorance.

Delicious crepes, wonderful pate, steal cooked perfectly and the duck is outstanding. Weve gone several times and have never had a bad meal. Both our daughters (7,10) love it, too. The staff is friendly and the decor is lovely.
