You people need to understand that the people who work their are human to . Do u call mc Donalds when they forget your fries or if your order was wrong no you come back up there and complain to them and they replace it for you . Tip are a choice you dont have to give one nobody will be upset if you didnt , just hit no and keep it moving !! They put in the tip option for people who dont carry cash and so they wouldnt have to give there workers a rise so think before your start bashing Panera !

Always lovely staff. Food is yummy. The only thing I do not particularly enjoy is when I use a card to pay the machine automatically requests a tip. I feel obligated then to do so although it is not a sit down resturant where someone waits on you. I clean up my own dishes, pour my own coffee. I was a waitress for 10 years so I completely understand tipping and value it, when the service has been provided

At a very busy time of day, the crew here that we interacted with on this day were very friendly and kind. The cashier was genuinely kind, the young girl who brought the food to the table was sunny and friendly, and the general mgr, Erik, was attentive not only to us but all the diners. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We will return.

I love this place so much I used to walk here everyday with my friends during the summer. And still come. Ive been going here for about 4 years just sitting here with my mom and family or friends drinking coffee and using the free wifi. Its a great atmosphere and very clean. I love the food even though its a lil pricey but still good.

Have ordered online from this location a few times, EVERY TIME they mess up my order. Both times they forgot my bread bowl then tried saying my order didnt have it, even though I had the receipt with me. Paid extra for tuna on a sandwich, and didnt get it. Order didnt have all the sides. Such a mess.

The children working here had incredibly pissy attitudes about my arrival and placing a simple order 10 minutes before they closed. Horrible service from punk kids upset about actually having to do the jobs they signed up for. Unprofessional, wont visit this location again.

Great food just at a higher price. It always seems to do the right things, its going to cost you. With that being said, Ill pay the extra money to eat healthy then support the junk food places. Clean and Friendly place.

I live nearby and I wish this was a better Panera. They typically have messed up orders when I visit. I now drive to the Panera in LaGrange park since they seem to complete orders correctly and have better service.
