Absolutely fabulous food and service. Only negative thing I can say about it is the short hours its open (M - Sa, 10a - 4p). They serve sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads everyday, along with daily specials that are sometimes in quite a different category than those other 4 (pastas, meat, etc.). Best thing there is their chicken salad, but Ive never had anything there other than excellent. Service is wonderful, with the staff always smiling, friendly and willing to accommodate. Was just there today, and I need to keep reminding myself never to go eat lunch out anywhere else.

Cafe Milan is a hidden GEM. For the coffee and tea lover, gourmet home-cooked food lover, cafe /authentic coffee house lover. Best meatball sandwich Ive ever had. The grilled chicken bacon wrap is so savory. The soups are outstanding. BEST MEAL IVE HAD IN LONG TIME!! And to top it off...Mary (the owner) will treat you like youre family. Whether youre looking for lunch or dinner, coffee or tea, or a quiet place to read a book and have some mouth watering decadent desert...when every restaurant and Starbucks begin to all look and taste the same...Cafe Milan is the place.

If there was an option for 10 stars, Cafe Milan would get all 10. Mary customizes your catering order to suit your needs - you dont choose from a pre-printed run of the mill menu - Your event is special and the food you serve should be too. Cafe Milan is the only place you should go to for catering. And its a great little lunch stop too! Fast, friendly service and fantastic food - you cant go wrong!

This is the only place to get Intelligentsia Coffee on the south side that I know of. Really fresh too. I always get great, friendly service there. I have not tried the food yet, I just go there for the coffee.
