this starbucks is the only one closest to my job and then theres one by my house, i use to go to this one all the time until i had multiple horrible experiences. I went in one day to grab a pound cake and saw flies flying all around and in side the case sitting on the cookies, cakes ect. I told the barista and she just looked at me and said we will get to it so i said forget it and i left. I went back again another day and just to buy a frap and saw the same thing only this time it wasnt flies it was some little red insects not sure as to what but i felt so digusted and wanted to throw up. I AGAIN notified them and they said we will clean it out. Needless to say this has happen several times and im a gold member who has to has starbucks at least 3x a day morning,lunch and after work and i completely stopped going to this starbuck. I have slowed down on starbucks all together. The sanitation is horrific and they need to be investigated. Ive never been to a starbucks this dirty and poor customer service. Idk if its because theyre inside of target or what but theres no telling what those insects are droppin on the food and to have to see it on several occasions is just pathetic.

Sue , store manager, Anna should NOT be the primary person to interact with customers. Your holiday sticker program works most effectively when you ACTUALLY have a sticker to give people and not the cashiers initials.. I doubt that any other Starbucks will except the handwritten initials as a legit purchase. The response from Anna was "I dont know what to tell you because we dont have any more stickers"... UNACCEPTABLE! Will go 5 miles out of my way to avoid this treatment! Anna is RUDE! She should be fixed!

Small, not a full store. Its located inside of the target, they dont have the full menu its an express Starbucks still fast to get in and out. Limited seating I suggest take it to go....

Can be a little slow, not busy just slow the coffee is good as far as Starbucks coffee can be. The Internet is ok, about 10MB/sec always has a lot of people sitting down at tables.

This is the only Starbucks in Tinley that has a drive thru. Service here is excellent and the indoor decor is modern.
