Simply not impressed.... My son and I arrived a few minutes as the doors opened at 11am on Saturday morning... We ordered our food by 11:10 (burger, fries, chicken tenders, house chips, and mozzarella sticks) and gave our coupon for a free kids meal.... while we waited we walked around to find that no trains in the restaurant were turned on... my son was disappointed since that is what he likes best about the place... We then visited the play room and then the bathroom.. The mens bathroom reeked, the urinal needed sanitary "cake" (it was depleted), and the toilet seat had pee on it.. (we were the only customers in the restaurant so far, so I dont see why it wouldnt be clean).... At around 11:40 our food finally came out on the train.. Unfortunately for the second visit in-a-row my son received fruit when in fact I ordered him chips... The waitress fixed the issue and then informed us that the fried foods were very hot and to be careful... it was in fact not hot and thats when I noticed that the mozzarella sticks had all burst thru the breading and cheese was a big pile of goo in the basket (I would assume that was due to overcompensating the fryer temp to speed up the process)... Lastly when I asked for the bill, I noticed that the free kids meal was not applied yet the coupon was attached to the bill (how can you forget to apply it when the coupon is attached to the bill)... and I had to ask for the ice cream that comes with the meal.. Im sure that if I hadnt brought it up that it never would have been offered to my son.. Please be aware that there is a lack of procedures for opening/closing the restaurant (or a lack of following them) and the attention to details is lacking..

So I arrived at 615 on a Saturday and the sign outside said closed. As i was googling other places to eat, I saw people coming out and going in. We parked, went in *sign still said closed* and proceeded to stand there for 5 minutes until the one waitress told us we could choose any place to sit. All the places were dirty. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for our drink order. Having one waitress serving, taking orders, taking payment, and dealing with the broken games was too much. She looked very stressed and all the customers looked irritated. Its a cute gimic and my kids liked it. The food is terrible and the decor is all broken and dirty. My daughters seat broke while she was sitting on it. They need to shut this place down and invest about 20,000 to fix things and add newer decorations and update the food. This place has potential but sucks!!!

First visit with our two year old granddaughter. Very disappointed with staff. As expected, she loved the place. However, when it was time for the train to deliver the food, she was playing a game. I asked the staff to wait a minute so we could get to the counter. But waitress didnt. Train delivered our food... waitress unloaded it & the train was gone before our granddaughter could see it. This is a "childrens restaurant?"

Kids like it when all is running ok , but the food is garbage . I figured when the new people took over maybe it would get better. I was wrong . Also the prices are rediculous. They charge $2 just for a tiny carton of milk. They could also offer some healthier choices of food and drinks for the kids and adults. Its pretty much all junk food .

This place is extremely dirty! The staff is rude and they are understaffed. If I could give it zero stars I would! The floor hasnt been swept in weeks let alone mopped. The bathrooms smell like urine. My sons love this place but I wont be going here anymore! Maybe some new owners or new management will help!

Food was great! Prices fair. Very outdated and dirty though. Also surprised posted pictures pass inspection codes, especially since small children play here. Great concept, but needs attention to detail. Floors appear not to have been thoroughly mopped and buffed in a long time!

Absolutely terrible. Tried to go there twice (no idea why we gave them a second chance). IF you get your food, it probably wont be very good. It will probably take 45-60 min. And the entire time youll be sitting in busted chairs and a dirty restaurant. Dont take the risk.

I wish this place was better run. The food is decent but its rundown, dirty, and severely understaffed. People who arrived after us received their food before and we were waiting 40 minutes and our food hadnt arrived yet. Its a shame that the management is so poor.

This place is a dark and dismal dump. The only interactive electric train in the place was off the track and no staff seemed to care to fix it. Felt and looked scymmy a d cheap. Glad my grandson is 2 1/2. Hopefully he wont remember we took bim there.

We came here last year to celebrate my son birthday it was great. This year not so great the grown up food was good. The hotdogs were fine. The kids pizza was awful looking and tasting..the staff is very nice which makes me sad to not come back.

Great concept. Be prepared to wait for a seat at the train, wait to order, wait for your food, and wait for the bill. Severely understaffed, one waitress for the whole restaurant. Food was pretty awful, definitely never going back.

This place was amazing the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I brought my little brothers here and they loved the whole train theme. The place was clean and the food was fantastic! Im positive I will be coming back.

Trains werent working waited about 30minutes for a hot dog and hamburger no mentio of icecream. Under staffed which leads into terrible slow service. No thank you.
