While we were ordering our coffee in the drive thru, the woman taking our order snapped at us for not stating what size and said "I need to know what size you want". When we began to order our next drink, we were not given the opportunity to state our drink size before the woman got loud and said "what size?". When we finished our order, she stated our amount and nothing else. There was no curious "what size?" or "did you want those to be grande as well?" when she interrupted our second drink. I am not from this area and very disappointed in how we were treated at this Starbucks. I have read other reviews of great, friendly service but that is not what we experienced. The two stars is because the drinks were made to order and made well. We were pleased with our drinks, but the service will keep us from ever returning.

Since this location is closest to the house it is my preferred location. The staff knows my orders and when I do drive thru they usually anticipate what I want before I do. Yeah the drive up business is a pain to wait in line for. But the crew here is fast and always friendly. Worth the sacrifice of waiting in the drive thru. Besides if u really need to save time pre-order on the app, and you are in and out in 30 seconds. But God for-bid any one wants get out of their vechile.

Good for a while, but I think they are closing this one. Last 3 times we drove by, around 6 or 7 pm, all the chairs were upside down on the tables and they were mopping. We went in once and stood by the door while someone was mopping right in front of us. We waited for over 5 minutes and nobody told us to come in oreven acknowledged us, so we left. Too bad, they were nice people in 2014.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I only order one thing from the menu. So the drink I get I know exactly what it costs and how it should come. I always get charged $2 more than any other Starbucks and they dump half my drink down the drain and give me the wrong size drink after I pay extra to get the bigger beverage and over paid on that as well. Do not recommend.

Hi! I was calling because I knew that they didnt have the unicorn frappachino anymore so I was asking if any other location had it still and she just hung up.. very upset I refuse to come to a Starbucks that doesnt answer there customers... very concerned about the bad service usually all is well

The staff here is so friendly and always makes it a great experience. I go almost everyday and never have any problems with my coffee. Line usually moves quickly.

Beverages taste great, most of the time. Excellent service. Ive experienced problems early in the morning (between 5:30 - 6:00) & late in the evening (after 8:00).
