This is my go to Starbucks. Service is consistently fast and courteous. Are there issues? Yes. Parking lot full sometimes. Is that bad? Yes and no. If it is so bad why are so many people here. A lot of people use the drive thru. They must get something right. People keep coming back!!! I love this place. Staff always courteous and welcoming. Thanks to everyone for upholding the Starbucks brand and making my coffee experience the best. I look forward to coming here every day!

Im giving this Starbucks 4 stars only because it is very hard to get in and out of especially on a busy day. Other than this I would give a five star. The drive thru is usually busy but moves fast. The ladies at the window are always nice, greets you and often makes a bit of conversation if not too busy. My coffee orders have always been made correctly.

The last few times weve gone inside its been very cold, you can actually feel a draft from the windows. After taking a look around and seeing that everyone was still sitting wearing their coats I decided to ask them to adjust the temperature, only to be told that they "dont like to mess with it". Sorry Starbucks, not acceptable!

Pretty fast but today I had my gold star and I had been saving it for about a week. I ordered my drink on my way to work with soy milk and by the time I tasted it it was regular milk. I was very disappointed and I feel like I wasted my free drink. Fast store but doesnt give the correct order. Other than that, 5 stars

Very good baristas, coffee is done right. Employees are helpful and friendly. However, during the winter is chilly in the store and they will NOT turn the heat up. They blame it on corporate. Well let me tell you, corporate managers in Seattle dont understand Chicago winter!

Went inside today to this location around 12pm it wasnt busy but yet they managed to "lose our ticket" and then the girl who attended us was very rude despite their fault and making us wait 15 minutes for our drinks. I wont be going back.

While delicious, this is one of the slowest Starbucks Ive been to; particularly the drive thru. The parking lot is also bey difficult to navigate when theres a long line. Often, Ill opt for Dunkin instead when theres a long line.
