I go inside because the drive through usually has a very long line and the service is usually timely and friendly. However today my iced coffee had too much ice and it was slid across the counter like a hockey puck. Service was curt. Also wanted a bagle and that order was messed up.

Everytime I go here there is a 30min to 45min wait just for a cup of coffee. The people behind the counter dont fill orders by when they were received but rather what is most convenient for them.
