Used to be my favorite location but has been steadily falling off the past two months. I stop here at least once a day sometime two. The wait in the drive thru has tripled, they consistently are running out of my white mocha syrup and the batista working the window barely say a word. Much less a hello or thank you. They stand there like a zombie with their scanner and hand me a cup with crap dripping down the side. Expecting my quad WCM to be stirred is also too much to expect anymore I guess. Something has happened! SAD!

They were quick and the batista made a few mistakes while making my drink but caught them before handing it off and let me know that he needed to restart, even so I got my beverage quickly and was very happy with it. They also let me know that my rewards will be changing soon which was nice.

Nice little Starbucks just north of the busy intersection of Route 31 and Dundee Road. Not the most convenient as its right-in, right-out, but its popular and busy. Inside there is a unique, high bench along one of the walls with high-top tables. Service was good as well.

Love my Starbucks! I understand the transgender bathroom thing. If thats how its going to be, then take the urinal out of the restroom. So DISGUSTING walking into a restroom looking at a urinal filled with urine. I dont want to put the toilet seat down either.

We take the dogs on a car ride every weekend to get their puppicinos and our coffee. They love.our dogs in the drive thru. The dogs love going there because of the people and the cup of whip cream they get

THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER. SERIOUSLY. We just came in super late when most places would be all "ew we are trying to close" and served us with a big smile on their face. Awesome.

This is a good one as far as Starbucks go. Great staff always. Not a fan of their Pike roast, but this location always has a good selection of Starbucks Reserve.
