Although the atmosphere was pretty cozy and relaxed..... my food was another story... I ordered the SPECIAL!!!! Buy one pound of Snow crab legs and get a pound of leg pieces . I also ordered a pound of Shrimp , I specially asked our waitress to place the orders in separate bags cause I was taking the crab legs home.....needless to say that wasnt what I received!!!! Everything in one bag AND it wasnt Two Pounds of crab legs at ALL !!! I asked for the manager He told me it was and that he would take me to the kitchen to weigh it yo prove it, I had to point out to him , that I also had a so called pound of shrimp ( 11 pieces ) and 2 small corn on the cob... sooooo if you weigh it it will say Twp pounds but the crab legs by themselves wouldnt be. He reluctantly gave another pound of crab legs ... just for me to observe the bag with 4 black crab legs !!!! This means that the crab legs where old and should have been separated from the fresh crab legs !!!!! Oh and did I mention that the waitress not only had items on our bill we did not order but they also charged us a 20% gratuity!!!!! For 5 people and the service was not up to standard. I felt like I should have the right to decide what my tip should be based on the service we received!!!!!! Spoke to the manager once again ... he offered a free desert???.... Needless to say compared to the Angry Crab up North .. this crab shack truly lives up to its name !!!!! CRAZY CRAB !!!!! And we werent the only table complaining about the crab leg special !!!!! Or should I say scam !!!! Pay close attention!!!!!!! When ordering this special

After having to send my order back three times, yes folks I said three, the food was ok. The waitress we had, however, was terrible. It took her 50minutes alone just to get to our table and to take our order. We sat down for about 20minutes before she even asked us if we wanted drinks then he iPad died or something was wrong and she had to get another, we didnt see her again for another 30minutes. We had to keep asking her where I food was and how long was it going to be. People that got there after us and ordered after us finished their food and left before us. The sausage was not cooked completely. Some guy, dont know if he was the manager or not because he didnt introduce himself, shot down the fact that the sausage wasnt completely cooked and said that it came cooked and thats how it was supposed to look, guys it was pink in the middle. Wont be going here ever again. Ill just take the drive up North and dine at the Angry Crab where the food AND service is better.

First, Id like to say that I went here with my daughter last week and had a great time, a little slow, but the food was awesome. Today was a different experience. I ordered to go and waited for approximately 20 minutes, I ordered a lobster roll that was 5.00 more than last week but I understand that it is market value so it may fluctuate. The lobster roll was mainly filler and had a few very small pieces of lobster versus the bountiful claw meat that I received last week. Also I ordered a catfish dinner that was 10.00 and I received one decent sized catfish fillet and 2 other pieces that wouldnt even count as nuggets! I called and complained to the manager and the only thing she offered was 20 percent off of my next order! With that resolution I doubt if I will return. I spent 35.00 in food that was substandard and wasnt even offered a replacement. I hope this happens to be a fluke and that no one else receives poor service like this.

First time here with my family yesterday. The atmosphere was nice, Margarita was ok, and our server was nice! However the seafood in the bag was like oil and the food itself taste like it had been sitting in water all day and everything tasted bland with a hint of Cajun. However the manager did offer to remake it after I complained about my potatoes being mushy I just said no ....it took our order so long to come out the fist time due to the shrimps being over cooked to mushy so we had to wait another 15min for another batch to be made. I dont like to waste food so I was thinking maybe I could just take it home and add more flavor to it and see if that would help. But Im absolutely sure my family and I will not be returning and especially after seeing a three hundred dollar bill! You would think some type of adjustment wouldve been made after all of that but NOPE IT DIDNT HAPPEN

Food is fresh and tasty this is about my 4th or 5th time here the food is still good but the portions have been cut and theres no substitution as in the past now you have to pay extra where as on my previous visits I just substituted corn for fries because I didnt eat fries and it wasnt never issued or substitution charge. Also now Ill refills are dollar extra where is in the past date was complimentary but now refills are a dollar extra and the reason is due to the Sugar Tax my response was the sugar tax is only $0.01 per ounce and this is a 16oz cup at the most and you going to charge me a dollar and she said thats what the manager said to do so needless to say I wont be dining in here anymore and her attitude was not as nice as I have received in the past from other waitresses since Ive been coming here but the food is still good but just prepared to pay extra for everything

If I could go back in time, I would tell myself to drive as far away from this place as possible! My mother recommended this place and it was HORRIBLE! Everything was over priced and had no seasoning. I bought 1lb of crab legs and a lobster tail with corn and potatoes. Everything was extremely bland,the corn was still hard, and the Lobster tail was $15 but was the size of my 5 yr olds fist. The crab legs were no where near 1lb and were terrible. I will not be returning and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone else. And on top of that, they dont give you butter sauce unless you ask...COME ON NOW! Who doesnt want butter sauce with crab legs? Ill stick with Fishermans Island on 87th. They never let me down.

The service was poor. We had to wait almost 5 minutes before we had to ask the another waiter to bring us water. Couldnt tell who are waitress was, too coming to table. The order was not correct. She had to go back to get the food that was left out. The meat was not good, corn wasnt done and sausages over cook. The shrimp had not flavor. Hated eating my food out if a bag that became greasy. The prices are to high for people not to have their food on real dishes and use real utencils!!!! I left there with my hands smelling fishy!!!! Those tiny crabs were chewy and tastless. Never going back. One big thumb down. Good in bags, what a dumb idea!!!!!
