I visited this location with a friend who is diabetic and whose blood glucose levels were very low when we arrived. When we were seated I went back to the hostess asking about the menu and what was on it for a diabetic person. She asked right away if my friend was alright and if we needed orange juice and I replied yes, and thank you. By the time I returned to my seat the lady had come by to check on my friend bringing bread and orange juice. Then for the next 20 minutes several servers and the manager had come by several times bringing bread and just generally to check on us. I was very pleased .. so much so .. I was ready to cry for the great service and attention they showed my friend and I. Once it was back up to 195 and my friend was pretty normal again they continued to check on us. It was not even about the food which was good .. it was more so about the great deal of attention to customer service that they displayed tonight. This was my first visit to this location and I loved it to pieces. I am very satisfied with it.

I ordered a take out meal here because I had a $15 gift card Ive been waiting to use and the lobster pizza sounded very appetizing. I order the pizza and arrive 15-20min later after they said it took 15. I drive back home a short distance away in highland to open up my pizza for it to look nothing close to appetizing. It was seriously cold!!! The pizza looks like it was sitting there 5min after I ordered and took me another 30min just to open it. I call back to speak with a manager and wait over 10min (930pm no wait, plus I had to call twice). This is very dissatisfying and insulting to me because not only did I tip 30% if not more but I was also a darden employee for 2 years. And to top it all off the manager on duty had the audacity to say Im not getting my money back!!! After asking for a refund, the pizza was gone at this point (a great meal for my dogs) even though the pizza wouldve been thrown in the trash regardless!!! I promise the general manager will know along with corporate!!!

Went there last night for my 60th birtday. The service was horrible. We sat for about a half hour. No one knew who our waitress was. After complaining twice and threatening to leave, a waiter came to our table, he did a great job. They were cramming bigger families into booths. It was bad. There were several people complaing. The food was ok. One of the most unfriendly staff i have ever met in a restaurant except for our waiter. We did however get our appetizer paid for. The waitress that was serving the family behind us (They were crammed into a booth) thier drinks and sneezed on the drink she had in her right hand and served it to the customers. I belive her name may have been Karen. A taller girl. I love the food but just dont know if I will ever go back. Maybe a new staff is in order. I will be calling the corporate office. Such a disappointing 60th birtday dinner.

Ive been going to this location for years and their food is normally great. However today I was so dissatisfied with my visit, I left the restaurant full off biscuits and cherry coke. On this visit me and my significant other ordered endless shrimp, firstly I was informed you could not take your left overs home. Secondly, the portions were rather small and lastly my food tasted as bad as it looked. It looked as if it had been cooked with no effort what so ever. It will be awhile before I visit red lobster again, let alone that location. Waiter was great, however.

I enjoy Red Lobster when we cant get to a fine seafood restaurant. Their prices are reasonable. The service we had was below average, but she made up her mistakes with a whole new entree of coconut shrimp to go. The coconut shrimp is pretty good with a good portion. The snowcrab legs are so-so, sometimes boiled perfectly, sometimes too seafoody. Their wait time isnt too bad on off-peak season and if there is a wait, we will be seated within 20 minutes.

Been coming for years for the endless shrimp and this has been the worest experience i have ever had at a red lobster. The food was way over cooked and taste was a wonder and different every time it came to the table, and the server was absolutely the worest. Would highly recommended going to another instead of this one. Maybe you will have better luck. I will never return and please friends dont give me anymore gift cards from red lobster

I ordered a fish & chips didnt like it do to old grease the manager came out spoke with me got my.opinion on why it wasnt tasty enough I gave him my opinion and it wasnt no problem WHAT SO EVER with him removing it off my bill his customer service made me very pleased to where I wouldve paid for the meal even though it wasnt eatin definitely will be returning and the waitress (MARVEL) was amazing as well

The food was excellent as always. BUT the manager was out of line. He openly talked about firing an employee in front of myself and other customers. He then pulled who I assume was the assistant manager off the bar area leaving no one there to serve customers who were standing there waiting. Completely unprofessional which is ironic considering he made mention of the employees "performance."

we celebrated our 62nd wedding anniversary. our food was really great. we both had fish. very well cooked and the side dishes were the best The staff from the mangers visit, the greeters and our waiter Santino was the best. he knew his menu. we will visit Red Lobster again and often. thank all of you for adding to the joy of celebrating our anniversary another wonderful day of joy.

Manager would not let my daughter touch the crab, just because she was scared she should not stop a kid for exploring maybe she could of lost her fear. All the money people spend there NO should not be a answer. Love my waiter cant remember his name but he did interact with my child and had her join in sing Happy Birthday thank u for that she enjoy that part. 1-26-17

James C. was our server and he was awesome, very friendly, knew his menu, and was quick and precise with the service. It had been awhile since I was at a Red Lobster but it was my fiances and she loved it (happy wife, happy life), Im not too much of a seafood person but I enjoyed it myself. If youre going to eat there I recommend you ask for James C.!

Good placing was off. Shrimp and crab were overcooked, the waitress didnt even really try to serve us but was pushing us threw, and the manager in his purple shirt insinuated I was trying to skip paying when I went to get my phone from our truck..... not a bad 13th anniversary. Corporate needs to send in some secret shoppers on this venue!!!!!!

The service for the endless shrimp was horrible, the shrimp pasta was over cooked, the Sriracha shrimp had very little Sriracha sauce, and the new peppercorn parmesean taste like the fried shrimp with a little parmesean sprinkled on it. This was the worst in my 30 years of coming, was a fan but that did it for me Im done.
