Our waiter Mike was awesome. He has served us before (works days during week) took my 88 yr old grandma and he made hee fill special and got her to eat more than she has in a very long time... food was very good but, service excellent. Today 4/18/17 didnt deserve a 5 star rating waiter was slow, had ask several times same thing. Salad had bagged taste to it. After getting appetizers and salad ate waited 20 min food and all was placed same time. Telling her we was under time restraint yet she only put order for entree in after taken apps and salad dishes away. Still waiting of entrees.....

We usually love this Red Lobster and have been there many times with no complaint, but last night we had such a bad experience that well never be back to the Florence, Al Red Lobster. The service was shotty, a drink was spilled all down the back of my sister, they got our orders wrong many, many, many times. Theyve began watering down their alcoholic drinks like they have no alcohol in them at all. We requested to talk to the manager (he shouldve come back there at the first complaint) and he didnt seem to care. What is worse is that we waited over 2 hours for our meal.

Arrived a approx 4:30 PM and no crowd. Cole slaw was un-eatable and I sent back, should have more creamer. Biscuits, two, were served and when the meal was delivered I requested two additional biscuits. The server said they were mixing the batter and none were available,this was at approx 5:00 and they were just mixing up new batter. These two reasons will cause me not to visit this establishment. The server, Katilan, was very nice prompt and service was great. I gave her tip extra for the service not the food.

Fantastic eatery in the Shoals area! I have exponentially increased the number of visits in the past two years due to the amazing service and quality. When everyone genuinely loves their job it can be hard not to love the establishment no matter what kind of establishment it is. Jeremy, the manager that always asks my wife and I how we enjoyed our meal, is a big reason for why we keep coming back.

Love me some red lobster , ours here in Florence Ala will take care of you , I had my first New York strip steak there man one of the best Ive ever had besides what my wife cooks :) they take good care of you and the service is great will be back for more if you havent been you need to go Im telling you GO !! Wonderful food, great dacor, good service. It has a quiet cozy feel. The people tend to go out of their way to offer good service and sometime when its hard to choose just what you are in the mood to eat the staff can be very helpful. All in all an excellent place for lunch or dinner.
