The best fried jumbo shrimp in the City of Chicago. Better than Dicolas, Lawrence Fishery, SouthSide Shrimp, Calumet Fisheries, Snappys, Goose Island, Grand Avenue Shrimp House, Franks Chicago Shrimp House and yes better than WHITES (Back In the Day). The shrimp are huge, fried perfectly. They put so many in the carryout container (approx 12), that its impossible to close. When I saw that, I said to myself is this really happening, I went back two weeks later and sure enough I wasnt disappointed. They are consistently good, dont take my word, try it yourself.. Please call ahead so you dont have to wait. The place is small and gets very tight. 5 Thumbs up!!!!!!

Do not let the fact that this place is in a basement and the fact that you have to walk down some barely-there stairs fool you, the food is amazing!!!! The Chicago King Crab legs are the biggest ones I have ever seen and did I mention how tasty they are? Not only is the food delicious but the ambience is what completes the experience. It is a small, cozy hole in the wall with rustic decorations.This is the perfect place for when you want to have a beer or 2 and some delicious crab legs. Will definitely be back at least once a month.

Wings are cooked in a different batter simply delicious.Shrimp,very good reminds me of the shrimp boat back in the day the fish is awesome also its been in the same location with the same owners and a couple of employees since 1987.

The food was greasy and they gave me the wrong order I ordered chicken and shrimp I got chicken and fish when I call to let them know that the order was wrong they did not pick up the phone. Bad business I give them to dumb down

Worst shrimp Ive ever had, they literally soaked the shrimp in grease. I will never come here again!!!! They didnt deserve the 1 star. Please dont waste your time or money.
