Fantastic food (traditional and boneless wings)! Im here all the time. After a minor complaint about the portion size of a meal, Rich, the restaurant manager, politely and willingly compensated us. Recommend this location to friends all the time. Our waiter randomly left (guess his shift was over?). Staff became increasingly passive aggressive. Ignored when I asked for water refills and then Rich (manager) asked us how everything was we said "It was great! Thank you." He stated "those [free] fries mustve really set it off". Nice way to ruin a good mood towards the staff by rubbing in the fact of free food.

The food is very bland. Be prepared to add salt to everything. When I ordered a burger rare, they said they only make the burgers one way. It came out way over done. You can get a better burger at any fast food joint. The food is way overpriced for the quality. Just go somewhere else if you have working taste buds.

Just left the Machesney Park location. Went to celebrate a birthday. They bumped our order so our food took 2 hours. The waitress was a sweetie & was going to discuss it with her manager because he was going to do something for us. Nothing!! Probably wont be back! Second time this has happened to us there-

Food is pretty good; however it is very loud and service was ok. Understand that this is a sports bar but they can turn the volume down a little to allow a little conversation. Waitress reached across people in our group several times instead of taking a ew steps to hand something to someone.

The wings were very soggy and sauce was noticeably out of a bottle, very unappetizing. The onion rings were also very soggy and had an odd texture. Also Bloody Mary premixed and was way to hot. Another thing was it was way to cold. Everything tasted like it was out of a box.

Ive ordered from here at least five times, and every single time I dont get enough sauce for my wings. Sauce is good, but none the less theres at least two that dont have sauce. I even ordered with extra sauce and there was STILL not enough sauce for all my wings, really?

Its a sports bar that serves wings. Nothing special but I tell you that Thai curry is awesome. Service is excellent. Left my credit card there and they held it for me and actually opened before business hours to give it to me.

With the exception of the boneless wings (dont ever get them, too much breading) the food is great. The atmosphere is OK, sometimes there is too much noise, but you have to remember, it is a sports focused restaurant.

Hands down the worst BWW I have ever been to. Took over 1 hour to get our food then another 45 minutes just to get the bill! This was at lunch when nobody was even at the place.
