I have never liked the food there, but today sealed the deal! My husband and kids love the place, so I went along . . . I ordered their chicken caesar salad. It was way too spicy, but otherwise ok. I ate about 2/3s and then we left. Within five minutes of leaving I had to take an emergency stop to throw up. I threw up four times - lost all of it. Then I was fine . . . No trouble since. I am thinking there was a preservative on the lettuce or maybe the combination of ingredients. Whatever it was, I will never walk in the place again.

I had to edit my reviews since the place has changed quite a bit after construction. The prices have gone up three to four dollars per meal. To make it worse the quality has gone down. My first meal came out very cold. To make it worse, the amount of fries that should be in the appetizer looked like it had decreased in amount from before the construction. There are, now, no games for kids. I wont be coming back after this visit. Huge disappointment. There are better and now cheaper places to go right in the direct vicinity of the mall.

Dissapointed in a turn for the worse... Weve been consistent customers for over a year. Within the last 2 months weve noticed a distinct change in the food. Burgers are cool, buns are hard, potatoes wedges seem microwaved, etc... Two members of my family have had stomach issues after eating there, after two different visits. Waits for seating and food have increased. Weve changed from going at least twice a month to wondering how long were gonna wait to try it again...

I usually go with a few coworkers every Thursday. The food is consistently good, but the service is not. However, weve had exceptional service these last two weeks. When we have 5 or more people in our group we usually experience long waits for food; up to an hour even when less than half of the restaurant is occupied. If youre not constrained by time this is a great establishment. You can also order online :)

I decided that i would review all places in carbondale. How could i not do that. Its my first home in the usa. BWW, this was the closest to spice levels that we used to have in India. 12 wing 6 min (i still have that orange tshirt, and my photo on the hall of fame - i guess they dont do it any more) on day 2 of me embarking my adventure in US. I loved it. I love it. I will love it. Go Blazing or Go Home.

I left my hat there and show up and hour later to grab it and they said they cant find it in the lost and found so they took my name and number and said theyd call me when they found it in a couple of hours. 4 days still dont get a call and go back there to see if they have it and the manager has never heard of it before...someone working there stole my hat or threw it away. Very poor customer service

I used to work there for a year. At first it was fun. Exciting then when 2014 hit it was garbage how I was treated as an employee being Mr. Whipping boy on doing tasks without a list or procedures. Very crap and unorganized the wings suck the sauce sucks and the managerial staff can suck a fat one! I never returned there ever since.

Delicious wings, but its a very loud sports bar and there are so many people in there pretty much screaming over games on the TVs and its very annoying. I dont like sitting in a place like that with drunk people yelling over football games. People are always bumping into you.

Customer services sucks on the part of management. They will mess up your food, have you waiting extended periods of time and not care about the quality of the food you pay for. Ive been dissatisfied and inconvenienced multiple times with no compensation or apologies.

PArmesean Garlic wings are hands down the best things at the store. Besides goin on boneless day I dont recommend you going here. The service is slow but the food is always good. had everything from wings to the chili burgers. Its all great.

Food is usually pretty great but most of the time it take forever to get waited on and forever for the food to come out of the kitchen. The tablets help to pass the time though an are great way to keep my family busy while were waiting.

The best time to eat here is Tuesday for half price traditional wings or Thursday for half price boneless wings. And if you like sports, this is definitely your place. I would guess they have 50 or more tvs and they are on every wall.

Got seated right away. On Friday of a 4-day weekend! I ordered appetizers tonight and they were perfect. Its a bit of a drive for me but I intend to come back often. Oh yeah, the service was very good too as always.

Some days they are great, but alot of days service is very slow and food is served cold. They are willing to fix it, but its not usually worth the hassle. Best off with a pick up order, those are fresh.

Awesome service even during busy dinner times. Occasionally have local bands/duets on the patio on Friday nights. Amazing beer selection too. And all the sports games you could hope for.
