The service was excellent, and the wings were great! Some of the best that Ive had in Memphis (if not *the* best). We went here because our first choice was closed on Sundays. Boy are we glad they were! We got the honey gold, the honey hot, and the lemon pepper sauce, as well as seasoned fries and fried gizzards. All of the sauces were fabulous--the honey gold was sweet and tangy without being spicy, the honey hot was the same only with a nice amount of spice, and the lemon pepper was one of the first Ive ever encountered that didnt wuss out on the lemon or the pepper. The wings were perfectly fried. Usually when I get fries at a wing place they are god awful but these were quite good and the seasoning was unique (and delicious). We think there might have been chicken bouillon in there which was a surprisingly good combination. The gizzards were surprisingly tender and fried to perfection. Well definitely be going back!!

This was one of the worst experinences!!!! The phone call to the business to place my order, shouId have been an indication of what was to come. The phone was answered very rude. I should have know not to expect much, since it was apparent that they did not train their employee to answer the phone in a professional manner. I have never had to argue with an employee, but the employee (Clifford) argue me down about the quality of the wing that I recieved. The wings were over cook, I bit down on a wing only to find myself chewing on a bone (the meat was gone from over cooking. Dont waste your money or time....:(

Place needs new paint job, cleaner floor, too many annoying signs everywere, windows looks need to be cleaned, order 5 piece whole wings mild , sauce not wet enough, texture of fried chicken was over fried, seasoned fries were not seasoned all over, chunks of seasoned few spots on fries, not enough carrots or celery mix, overall 2 stars, customer service was nice, heavey set lady asked for my name, then she scream my name to the cook, that was funny. Place is only ok for last min wing crave, I suggest owner improve quality customer care and food, if they want my MONEY!

Im seeing way too many 4/5 star reviews where folks praise the food and trash the service. Crappy service doesnt deserve anything better than a one star review. You come in and stand at the window four, five, six minutes before they even bother to take your order. They act like their customers are all junkies and theyre the only crack dealer around. Heres hoping for many horrid health department inspections.

The place is great for a last minute crave; however, there is inconsistency with the flavor of wings. I ordered extra hot and I assume they gave me suicide. The sauce was 2 centimeters thick with green peppers.. im like WTF lol.. I couldnt eat them. Sadly I had to rinse them off once I made it home

They are too inconsistent. One day the seasoned fries are 3.40 the next theyre 3.79 and have definitely gotten worse. They barely pack the fries even though they keep upping the price and you can barely call them "seasoned" fries. They have really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered regular hit wings and fries. Fries werent good, but I didnt get seasoned fries. The wings were great and the customer service was great as well. I didnt have a long wait and was in and out with no problem. I will be going back in the near future.

I ordered the cheese burger and onion rings for myself and husband and son got hot wings and fries. My son loved the hot wings and the cheeseburgers had a great flavor, flamebroiled. Onion rings were homemade and were delicious! Excellent service...

Slow service terrible staff. Only one in building at the time of my order, took 30 min to start cooking my fries. Then asked would I come back to pick them up since I had to leave. I wouldnt even give one star but had to give something.

Love the wings. If the heavy set cook is in the back, then the wings u order will be awesome!!! He is the BEST cook. The woman at the front is very sweet, shes disable but she she sweet and treat u like a family member.

The major problem with this site is timeliness. The food is OK bit they never have your order ready. You call in and never ready. Customer service needs to improve. There are too many other choices.
