I have been to your Hooters once a month for almost 20 yrs most likely more than that. But now that wont happen anymore. Your more than 8 patron policy and you cant receive a individual check is just unacceptable to me. I understand why you use your policy. I am sure your help were getting stiffed on their tips. I used to enjoy having dinner with my friends. On an individual order you add 18% in addition to the food bill. That is fair but I always tip higher than that so for myself I dont want to sort thru a bill to see who pays what. I also know the rest of my regular party also tip at 20% or higher. So in short I have plenty of other choices for my dining dollars. The Schaumburg Hooters can meet my expectations and exceeds them on a regular basis. Now before you make your stock reply to less than stellar reviews. I have and we have spoken to you personally about this matter. I know this wont make a difference. So I will take my business elsewhere. I will share this with all my friends. Where our dinner experience will be better received and appreciated. Ronald F. Thorne Jr.

Im currenly at another competing bar/restaurant after just having stopped in to grab something to drink/eat. There were TWO barmaid working the bar and business was good....but not by any means overly busy. So one bar maid asks me what id like to drink and I ordered a Miller lite. She never asked me if I wanted to order any food at all.....LOSS of business. Half hour passes and not even a re-visit to ask if I wanted another beer let alone any food. Im not trying to be picky on time but......thats a bit long. The other barmaid that was working with the one that took my drink order was the same barperson that did this VERY SAME THING to me about a year ago. I submitted a negative review but was actually contacted by a manager. So, today, I paid for my one beer and left.....feeling neglected once again....too bad. Maybe because it was Friday there wasnt a manager around to watch the store....dunnno...kinda looked like it. Once again though......it was a disappointing visit to my "original" ....but....becoming...less....original Hooters!!!!!!

Typical Hooters restaurant however Ive been to better in other parts of the country. The wings were standard... Decent breading and coated in sauce per their spec recipe. The service was ok... I sat at the bar... The bartenders were pleasant when I ordered wings and a tall beer. Disappointed when I didnt order more beer. They were more interested in counting their tips than talking to the guests. What really threw me off was when I paid... I left cash in front of me... The bartender took it without saying a word... Cashed my check out and assumed the rest was hers... There was no comment of a thank you or anything... No eye contact either... And she kept 25% of the total bill. Service definately not worth more than 15% at best... This is the lowest tip percentage I leave at restaurants. Other people I know would have asked for their change and walk out without leaving a cent. Get it together Hooters... Train your staff proper guest service and common manners! I wont bother going back.

On Friday Dec 5 I ordered 50 medium wings and a 12 pc tender no sauce.When I returned home. and had a chance to sit down and eat I realized that the wings had NO SAUCE on them. I called the store and was told that the sauce soaks in to the wings and I explained to them that on the box itself that it reads NS. They told me that the sauce was on it and that I can come back and have them redipped if I wanted. So I grabbed the wings , drove back to Downers Grove where the manager was at the counter and I explained to her that I ordered medium wings and got wings with no sauce . She claimed that the wings had sauce, and that they can redip them for me and that the NS on the box really meant medium . I am very disappointed and would never go there again. They couldnt even bother to apologize for their mistake.

Went to this location yesterday and ordered a Hootercane, it tasted like kool-aid. Spoke to the server about it, she just stated they no longer take drinks back if a customer doesnt like them because too many people were sending them back. (That should be a clue to change the recipe). I asked if they could add a shot she said for a fee they could do it. The fee was 6.50, the same as the drink?!. She didnt offer anything else, just apologized for the taste. Needless to say, I was disappointed and probably wont return to this location simply because the drink was bad and the attitude of nonchalance pissed me off. You all have to do better!

The service was terrible when I went. I ordered nachos and wings. The wings which came back in literally less than 5 minutes were cold (obviously not fresh). The waitress took nearly 15 minutes to come back and refill my water too. A lot more to tell which made my experience terrible. But these are just a few of the major things which occurred. I dont think Ill ever be going again. Regarding belows post from the owner. I emailed them a week ago and have yet to even respond to me. Shows to me they dont truly care about their customers. I am extremely disappointed in hooters customer service

Great food, tvs everywhere & huge long island iced teas! The owner is always happy to switch your TV to whatever game you want, the waitresses are very sweet (Im a girl so their looks dont do it for me) and I always leave full of great food (Buffalo shrimp, loaded tater tots, Philly steak, all perfect!), pretty buzzed (they dont cut you off even after 8 long islands) and in a super mood. Great job, EVERY single time, Hooters!!

Unbelievably horrible service. We received attitude from the waitress for wanting to split the bill. They informed us parties of 8 or more could not split bills. There are 7 of us. There was another table next to us that we knew so they decided to add thier bill to ours and even though we werent together they said since we knew each other we were a party. We will never return to this horrible Hooters

Our server was very dry..no excitment on her face anywhere...we ordered shrimps and had to return them twice. The second time she took them back she a serious attitude. It wasnt like we were asking her for alot of things. When she bought the shrimps back she dam near shoved them in our face!!! Hope if I come back she is not our server...big parties are not for her!! 7/24/17

I would not give any stars if I could. Sadly, after eight years of going there, I am not doing business with them anymore. First of all, on their kids menu, there is no age limit. My daughter, who is twelve wanted to order from the kids menu, and she was denied. Dont they want my money? Second of all, when I had ordered food, they did not give me what I had ordered.

While the service is sometimes hit or miss, this is probably the best Hooters in Chicagoland. Its by far one of the largest and I dont know if Ive ever had to wait for a table after smoking was banned in restaurants. The staff are very friendly but not overly pushy or creepy like some other locations. And the wings are always perfectly cooked.
