The AMBIENCE This is a great little coffee shop. As you walk in it feels very homey yet a little retro. I was here for a group even where we made toys for charity and had fun interacting. The layout is really well setup and lets you mingle fairly easily. It doesn’t feel like the place is cramped with too much furniture or anything like that and only thing I wish is that they had some comfy couches to chill on or maybe some nice chairs but I understand their reason for not having them. The location of this coffee shop is a little bleak but there is ample street parking. The FOOD. We were treated with some amazing pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and OMG. This is some scary addictive stuff. CAREFUL!! I took a few home to some friends and they were literally arguing who would get the last bit lol. Their brownies were ok and some people mentioned so in the group at the shop and their cranberry cake was pretty amazing as well! Fresh cranberries not completely destroyed in the cooking process to really give you that amazing mouth feel. Great spot! The SERVICE The girls working behind the glass displays were super nice and helpful in anyway they could and really made the whole place very inviting and a great place that I can’t wait to check out again!

This place rocks, got a sweet tooth this is your place, want some great coffee this is your place, want some awesome fresh sandwiches this is your place. The manager was so welcoming and the staff was top notch. Great place to sit back and have some good conversation. they have a little outside area too. There is plenty of street parking just make sure and pay the meter. The desserts are so good, we had the pleasure of trying several different items and I can say the brownies, the pies and the cookies are wonderful. Stop by and give them a try, your sweet tooth will thank you! You have to try the cranberry, pecan pie super good, get 2, youll thank yourself later.

Lovely Bakery has some of the best cake doughnuts Ive tasted in a long time! Not overpriced at $2.00 and $1.50 if you can get one from Walgreens (they go like hotcakes). The best ones are the vanilla iced one and the marbled chocolate and vanilla one. I am an avid sugar lover but the cinnamon one has wayyy too much sugar on it! The location on Milwaukee is quaint and I like the decor. The managers went out of their way to correct a problem with my donut order and even gave me an extra one! Great hangout place for coffee and doughnuts!

Spacious with vintage charm, this cafe is the perfect place to get some serious work done or meet over coffee and quiche with friends. The prices are a tad bit high but the drip coffee is bottomless and serve yourself so I feel like it makes up for the price. Since its a few blocks from the main Division St. hub, Ive never had issues finding parking within a block or two.

This is a great local coffee shop. Coffee tastes wonderful and their pastries are scrumptious. So happy to see their pastries in the local Walgreens as well. Unfortunately they dont open until 9am on weekends, which is way too late for a mom. But the crowd that frequents this coffee shop is probably without kids. Kids or no kids - definitely worth visiting

Had a blast at the Wonderland Workshop here! The pastries are really, really good! Loved the chocolate macaroons! Prices are not high at all. They have a good selection of pastries and also sell sandwiches. Good seating area with an outside patio for the summer time. I will be going back to try the sandwiches next time! @GoogleLocalCHI #CityExperts

For truly homemade goods, this is a great place. The cookies and cupcakes dont look all proper like, but taste so delish! If you loved something your mother made, they probably bake it kind of like she did. The prices are a tad high IMO, but the cute ambience and nice staff more than make up for it.

Everything there is good (drinks, sandwiches, soup, baked goods, though some items seem slightly pricier or a bit smaller sized than similar things at other local places, so neutral on value. Nice staff, atmosphere, decor and lighting. I wish it had longer evening hours.

Wanted to like it more. Huge space with tons of tables. Very nice outdoors space. Coffee was pretty standard. Pastries were very disappointing. Id probably try again, but wouldnt hold my breath. Staff didnt seem like they wanted to be working either.

A reviewer mentioned the vintage charm of the place. Thats a great way to describe the decor. The place isnt fancy but it has such charm. Great fixture in the neighborhood. The baked good are beautifully crafted and their coffee goes well with them.

Un-pretentious, low key, and lovely staff! Quiche is excellent. Feels like being at my favorite grandmas house in the best ways. Can be tricky to find an outlet if youre spending an extended period of time here on your electronics.

High quality, fresh baked goods. Try the pumpkin or blueberry muffins. Great sandwiches too. We had a private event there and had a very positive experience. Fun decor, friendly staff too.

Attended a Google event here, tried a wide selection of pastries that were delicious. In particular their apple pie muffin and their macarons stood out.
