this is an awesome café. fresh high quality beans locally roasted. expert friendly baristas. a beautiful space in refurbished old stone building - large space. perfect internet café setting for casual hangouts w/friends or for posting up and getting work done - hook in spot for meeting with clients, or just hang out with your computer or a good book. and, all proceeds / profits go to Hope Academy, an inner city private high school for inner city students - high percentage of ethnic students. this is an awesome café, high quality coffee, and your dollars go to a good cause.

Not my favorite nieghborhood, but this is a really great hole-in-the-wall spot. Free parking, free wifi, friendly staff, clean restrooms. The coffee is quality and priced fairly. This place is definitely great for relaxing or working. Its a nonprofit so all the proceeds go to fund a nearby high school. Id always rather give my money to a nonprofit coffee shop than go to Starbucks--not to mention, Hope Cafes coffee is way superior. From what I understand, its been under new management since May of this year. Id strongly encourage anyone to check it out.

Fantastic coffee shop. Dont go get terrible coffee from Dunkin or struggle to find parking at the Taylor street Starbucks. This place has excellent, locally sourced coffee, and free, easy access street parking. Great place to read, meet with people, or study

The building is beautiful with wood floors and open brick. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Coffee is great and they offer a wide variety of other drinks as well. Highly reccomended.

Friendly staff, laid-back atmosphere. Good coffee and breakfast croissant. I wish they had later and weekend hours, but I make a point to come here when I can.
