We first went to a froyo bar in St. Augustine, FL like 6 years ago. It was an enlightening experience. Since then, theyve popped up seemingly everywhere and the concept lost a lot of its appeal. Its frozen yogurt and toppings: you always know what youre getting. When we stopped in at Froyo Chicago, I expected more of the same. And to some degree, it is what you expect, but for some reason there seems to be a higher and more dependable level of quality to the actual frozen yogurt. Maybe Im just imagining things, but Im crazy about their salted caramel cookie flavor (I think thats the name)--its perfect. They also have outstanding smoothies. I never even noticed that they had a menu above the counter, but we walked by one day and they were handing out smoothie samples. Apparently Im not the only one who never noticed the menu because the girls with the samples said few people seem to realize they offer them. If youre in the mood for a smoothie for dessert, give it a shot. Theyre rich, flavorful, and refreshing.

This place offers organic froyo in allllll the flavors including seasonal varieties (gingerbread!) They also serve quinoa and oatmeal in the mornings and coffee. Theres a play area for kids and the staff are super friendly -- well be back for sure

The workers are very friendly, and the quality is great! Lots of options for people with food restrictions, like gluten-free, kosher, vegan, etc. A very clean restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. :)

Good assortment of frozen yogurt flavors. Theres always something new to try, and toppings are always well-stocked. I love that this place is open late and kept meticulously clean.

Amazing toppings bar- have everything you could imagine! Really good vegan fudgsicle flavor and they have a couple vegan baked goods as well. Only 2-3 vegan flavors available

The Fro Yo at 3746 N Southport was great. Staff was warm and friendly and the yogurt was great tasting with a variety of toppings that will keep me coming back for more.
