I would never ever share or provide any information about this restaurant. The service is ridiculous and the customer service from the employees is just shamefully unbelievable and are extremely rude and obnoxious and have no sense of what customer service really is. When I was there I had waited some 45 minutes for my order as I watched three or four other customers come in and order after me practically ordering the same thing. "Also, just for the record these were not call in orders either." When I inquired about my order, I was confronted with a very nasty disposition from the order taker and the individuals in the back room. In-addition, they had not even giving me my order and when I ask for my money back they had the audacious character to tell me that they dont do refunds although they had not even giving me my order. This this location should be shut down a customer or patron coming to this restaurant can never see what goes on behind this large wall that blocks and all viewing from showing you how your food is being prepared. I mean they could drop your food on the floor then propel some of the bodily fluids upon your food especially if you get a rude and obnoxious employee that screams and hollers at you and dont even pay attention to you as the customer. There is no way, I would even remotely tell anyone to go to this place to spend that money to receive the service that people constantly received they need to shut that place down. Again not to mention they are extremely extremely slow. What is really scary when I called the 115th office, I was told to write a letter and that the owners / managers would not meet or assist in anyway resolving the situation over the 95th Street restaurant This place is ridiculous. When I said that I come up there to speak to the owner, I was told that the owner would never speak with you. They will never ever ever ever ever get another drop of my money ever again rude bastards!!!#!!!

The worst customer service Ive experienced in my life on today...this use to be one of my favorite spots but I got treated horribly today...I called my order in got to the resturaunt they didnt have my order correct they only had one thing I ordered, so I ended up waiting1 hour for my food. I got home my order still wasnt right. I had to go back because I couldnt even eat wasnt even any sauce on my food! Took food all the way back and the cashier and whatever manager on duty had the worst attitude and was mad at me like I did something wtf! Didnt offer me anything extra and when I asked are you gonna offer me anything she said one can pop and I just freakin spent 31.46 dollars on two meals! UNBELIEVABLE!

The service I had on today was wonderful the young lady who pick up the phone was very friendly I love her service from the phone in order until I came to pick up the order... shes the nicest I seen there n years I think shes new but I love her the food was fresh and good... will be returning to this location.. SO I know to come in after 5pm for great service from this lady thanks alot to the young lady... keep up the good work and I think the owner should reward great service

The cashier on today is really ruining the experience. Shes rude and obnoxious (blonde weave long eyelashes). Originally, she answered the phone and left me on hold for 6 min. before I hung up and called back. Her actions even had loyal customers considering returning. The manager should really consider replacing her because she doesnt know the definition of customer service. Please and thank you goes a very long way! However, the food was good.

Preorder my large tips and I got there they was ready but I was to give them back. The plastic bag was dripping with sauce inside it. It had bled through the white paper bag. When I got home and peel off the paper bag the lid was dirty with some of everything on it. I told myself this must be some good tips. My large looks like the small on a 115th. The meat was burnt and tough. Stick to what you know because trying a new stop didnt work for me.

I HATE this place the service is the worse. I pray the state shut them down I saw a male worker come in from outside after rubbing on a female and start making food without washing his hands. Plus when you can in a order they have ABSOLUTELY no phone edict or customer service . Then I order $40 worth of food that was brunt . Staff was upset I sent it back and ask for my money would never go back here ...

The times online CLEARLY states this place closes at 1030 I got there at 10:01 (lights on door unlock) I walk in they were closed and dude breaking the oven down gave me such an attitude. Not an I apologize the times on the web is wrong or business was slow so we shut the doors early. I can understand that. He just gave me a sideways look like we closed get out. I will NEVER go there

Customer service at this i57 location has to be worst Ive ran into, the management are no where near professional. the lobby is very filthy including the hard chairs that are broken that they expect you to sit on, mind you the lobby is even hotter temparture wise, than the food that you wait forever for. Never coming back. -dirty, and horrible customer service.

Great sauce (I usually get mild and hot mixed). They are small, almost small enough to miss while driving. Their turkey ribs and links are juicy and a good option for people who dont eat pork. Lunch specials come with canned sodas and slightly cheaper and slightly smaller portions. Great chicken wings! Pleasant staff. Ask for extra napkins.

Man I just tried this place today, had their rib tips for the 1st time. They were amazing!! Im talking about the sauce was perfect the tips were tender and the fries were just right idk who wouldnt like their food but in my opinion, they were perfect...It was by far the best ribs I ever had sooo serious will be going back very soon...

The service is horrible. The ribs are good when theyre fresh but the service is absolutely horrible. And then they have the nerve not to give you a special cut, when youre spending your money the customer is always right. They need to find out how to actually service the black community. Because obviously they do not know.

Horrible Tips taste like lighter fluid never again,fries were cold I would think after waiting so long everything would be hot, we as black people start off good but along they way we lose respect for customer service for food and people. I just dont understand why we cant finish, but I will never eat there again

Worst I-57 ever. Customer service is horrible. Tired of going places in the black neighborhoods and they act like they privileged to be there. Asked for the manager and the lady at the window claims there isnt one and the also she doesnt have a name. I will never come to this location ever again

Ordered a tip/ link combo go link tip, more link than tip. The tips were tough and not very tasty, the link was good. First time going to this location usually go to 115th, will go there in the future. Always great there was never disappointed.
