Great place for Indian food in the downtown. We went there after a tiring day to try out and the food made our day. Food: With a good number of vegetarian options available, we went for a Potato & Cauliflower Medley Rice Bowl (+egg) and Chickpea Chana Rice Bowl, along with Sweet Potato Fries and Mango Lassi. Both the bowls were amazing in taste. Potato & Cauliflower Medley was spiced just right. Pickled onions were great and the cilantro mint chutney gave a good fresh punch to the entire bowl. Chickpea Chana Rice Bowl was good too with fresh tomatoes and cucumber making it very fresh in appearance as well as taste. Sweet Potato Fries were good. What stole the show was the Mango Lassi which was great and very refreshing. We loved it so much we got it twice. They allow BYOB and also have gluten-free and vegan options which was good for my wife as she wanted to avoid dairy. Ambiance: The ambiance was good. They have the seating area just as you enter the restaurant. As you move towards the ordering counters, you see an arrangement of Indian dry snacks, biscuits, tea, spices, Maggi etc on one side - I am assuming for sale as Indian population is their target customer group. Lighting could improve. Staff: The staff was good and quite friendly. The service was quick too. No issues there. Overall, its a great place to have a quick Indian meal. Given that they also deliver in the nearby areas, its convenient as well.

Absolutely the best place to go for a different take on the "fast casual" dining phenomenon. Its like Chipolte, only good food. When we stop into Chicago once a year, we make it a point to go 1 or 2 times. They serve Indian food with around 8 varieties. You can choose to have it wrapped in delicious bread, or for a little extra money, unwrapped on a bed of amazing Jasmine rice. Other items to order are their Sweet Potato fries. Trust me, youll never find better sweet potato anything anywhere else. Plus, the spicy house ketchup that goes with it is terrific. On a little bit of a side note, the last time I was in I believe I had a chance to observe either the owner or manager. He appeared to be training a new employee. The manager/owner was very patient and used a respectful and calm voice the entire time. When I had the chance to thank him personally and tell him how much my wife and I enjoy it, the politeness continued, and more over, seemed truly genuine. Thank you Bombay Wraps. Our annual visit doesnt come soon enough. For anyone who ducks in for a bite, will likely be an instant repeat customer.

Checked in Double Tree by Hilton at 3 PM and was very hungry...Searched and found this place next door...So tried it...Must say, great concept for Indian Fast food...Had their Cheese Paneer Wrap(spicy) meal with mini samosas and freshly made mint chutney...Fast service...Good taste but not great so one star off...Got happier when I got 20% discount too in their happy hour(3-6)...Will visit again for sure

So food is okay nothing crazy. I am a tourist from Atlanta and travel a great deal. The bread was close to the same as frozen naan. Not home made so u can tell and for the price u can do it at home. For tourist I would rather eat locally food. Great fast food type food but not fast food prices. They do have indian snacks again for tourist looking for Indian snacks great!

I ordered online and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get delivered (less than 1 mile away). The lentil soup was lukewarm and became cold after 5 minutes. The two wraps were dry and the paper stuck to them when unwrapping them. The fries were cold and the entire meal was very disappointing. This was my first experience with Bombay Wraps and it was not a good one.

This place has a taste :) We tried all Veg Wrap options: - Samosa Wrap - Potato Tava - Chickpea Chana - Cheese Paneer My favorites were Samosa and Paneer. -- Food Quality & Taste were great. -- Staff was friendly and guided us through the menu and suggested to have 2 wraps per person for a proper meal. -- Ambiance is nice and spacious.

I like the food but admittedly the portions are very small for the price. I wanted to get a gift card/certificate for a friend to introduce them to the place but was told they dont offer them. I wouldnt think that gift cards are difficult items to offer. I must admit I am a little disappointed.

The staff are wonderful, very helpful and patient. I ordered a rice, dal soup and the dry potato for sides and the food was yum. Will always return if I am in the downtown area. Keep up the wonderful service. Cheers!

Super busy, crowded - portions are small. However, we were given additional samosas due to the fact they completely forgot to make the fries we requested. I may stop back if Im not particularly hungry.

SOOOO delicious. Just like "kathi" wraps back in India but definitely WAY smaller than the ones in India and by any standard. WHY SO SMALL???? This would have gotten 5 stars if the wraps were bigger.

Proper Americanized Indian food, the seasoning is not authentic but the wraps are tasty! Meant to eat as snacks and not as main course. Overall the Indian experience is good. Value for money - 3/5

The staff is very friendly. The wrap servings were small, but very tasty. The rose lassi was really delicious; I recommend it. I had the Chicken Tikka and the samosa wrap. Both were good.

Nice place , good location to get some indian fast food. Its a bit expensive and wrap sizes are very small. You may need to eat two. Samosas are small and made for wrap purpose.

One of the new Americanized Indian food places, inspired by fast food models like Chipotle and Subway. Its a very new model for serving Indian food, but great experiment.

I want this place to become a chain everywhere. These wraps are so good even if you arent a big fan of Indian. I would recommend everyone try them at least once.

right level of spice, ingredients, I love it...my only request is to get the wrap wrapped up more tightly, like a regular wrap... it becomes difficult to manage...

wraps taste very good but very poorly packaged. its a struggle to eat the wrap without making a mess absolutely impossible for kids to eat this in car.

Nice place to have a quick bite. Rolls are really good. Liked the chana masala wrap. Staff is friendly and nice as well. Prices are also not high.

Excellent sweet potato fries with a spicy sweet ketchup. Healthy, plant-based fast food options... I enjoyed the chick pea wrap. Yum!

Had been here for the first time and liked the taste very much. I took the lamb Curry with rice option and it was very good.

Fast, cheap, and tasty. The wraps are probably not that healthy but you can get salad bowls that look pretty good too.

Quick and tasty. I like that you can grab some Indian food fast here without over stuffing yourself at a buffet.
