My husband & I went here, we paid for the right order, but was given the wrong order. Instead of the manager, Melissa being professional, she raised her voice while speaking in a very demeaning way, she was rude & disrespectful. Extremely unsatisfied with this visit.

Drive thru lady wasnt polite. There was no hello or thank you.Ordered 2 king sandwiches which they forgot to put cheese and lettuce on both. I called back to complain but the manager had a hard time understanding me on what it sounded like I was on speaker phone.

Staff is poorly trained and dont even say, "Thank you." Prices have crept up and now a Whopper is over $5.00. I can buy an entire meal at other fast - food joints for five bucks.
