If I could give zero starts I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went here for my moms birthday it was not empty only a few tables took 45 min to just take our order and over 45 to bring it to us. We were about to leave we said if we have to wait 10 more minutes we are leaving. They didnt sing to her, asked 3 times if we wanted the birthday cake in front of her which we had already walked up to the waitress and told her so my mother wouldnt notices. food was cold like if it was sitting there for a while. I am honestly so upset that they get away with this horrible service, this has happened 3 times already same scenario

Every time I come to this Red Robin location, I always have the worst service, I dont know if its because Im younger and they think Im not going to tip or if they always just have bad servers, but I came here with my boyfriend just to get some fries, and we wanted bottomless fries, like we have gotten many times before and they told us they cant do it, only with burgers and we were astonished because we done it before and they told us with such attitude, so Ill say this.. This is my last time coming to this location.. The attitude will never change and the food isnt that good where I need to come again

They have really updated their menu to include many new types of hamburger and cheeseburgers. The amount of toppings you can now add are way better, the only issue I have with the place is that youre supposed to get unlimited fries but they dont serve the fries to the table until the last possible second. If you know youre going to order french fries, I would order them right out of the gate alongside your appetizers.

Good place to go periodically. I like the different food selections. Bonzai salad is wonderful, bit the Whiskey River BBQ chicken wrap is my signature choice. Whiskey river burger is pretty good too. Love the bottomless broccoli as i always find it to be steam fresh! I can usually find 2 or 3 different beers to choose from that I like. Beer shakes sound like they would be gross, but are suprisingly good.

Food debris and trash all over. Made the wait staff get the floor around our table cleaned before we would be seated. Table had only been half heartedly wiped. I called this to the managers attention showing her the litter diners were sitting in as they ate. She said "I cant clean the floor while people are seated there". My response was that it should have been cleaned before they were seated.

I enjoyed the restaurant, the atmosphere was nice and a bit loud but fine overall. The servers however did seem a bit overwhelmed and took a bit longer than I would like to refill my water and bring extra fries. Everything else was very nice and I would recommend going.

Just had a burger with fries in Red Robin for first time and: The staff extremely polite and friendly 5 stars Room clean and nice arranged 4/5 stars Restrooms clean 5/5 Prices 2/5 quite expensive, I personally believe for what you get. Taste 3/5 not impressive.

Good burgers but Portillos are way better and way cheaper. Potillos also has better fries, Italian Beef, the best hot dogs, and much better salads at better prices. Come here if you dont have the extra 10 minutes to drive to Portillos.

Honestly these are some of the best burgers out there and they have a wide variety of burgers. Theyre pretty nice sized and are served with bottomless fries. Some of the best burgers youll devour.

It has been at least 10 years I had anything from Red Robin. I forgot how great their burgers are. Thumbs up to their burgers, stack onion rings, and service. I will definitely go back soon.

I despise those table kiosks. Why should they default to a 20% tip when the only things wait staff seems to do is bring the plate from the kitchen and one glass of a soft drink?
