While its a pricey option for food in CU its a good one that shouldnt be passed up every once in awhile the decor is modern, the building is clean and, the food is fresh. Youre given 2 small bowls 1 is smaller than the other. The smallest bowl is for your protein (tofu, beef, white fish, chicken, sausage) and the other is for your vegetables. You fill out a slip which tells the cook if youd like white, brown or, fried rice, noodles or, to have it turned into soup. You can choose to add egg as well and have the choice of bread. Most times weve come I get rice and its at the bottom of the bowl which I love since I can choose how much to eat with my stir fry. When I came in on 5/19/17 however the cook mixed the fried rice in which chopped the egg so small it was indistinguishable and the mushy overcooked rice was very hard to work around since it was just mashed in with my veggies and meat. I did not like the way this was done and as a result was not able to finish my bowl. The wait staff are nice but stretched thin. 1 person is there as a hostess, waitress, bartender and, bussboy. Then 1 person on the grill. Thats way too much for 1 person as then customers are constantly waiting even though theyre doing their best to keep up. Its never really busy probably a result of the service issues. Maybe new management with fresh eyes could give this place the quality outlook it deserves?

When I called to make Valentines Day reservations, I was told it would be their busiest day of the year. When I got there at 6, the restaurant was maybe a third full and there was only one waitress. Despite the fact the place was almost empty, everything was slow, from getting our order taken to getting our food to getting our check. We got the Chicken Lollipop appetizer, which was just a plate of extremely tiny, soggy, bland chicken wings. The stir fry itself was underwhelming, nothing I couldnt make myself. Many of the ingredients on the stir fry line were out and customers had to keep asking the chef to refill them, even though he didnt look very busy. I tried to order a sake and the Chocolate Wontons, but they were out of both. On Valentines day. The waitress recommended the Mongolian Brownie, which tasted like chocolate-flavored sand for how dry it was, with a tiny cookie dough scoop of ice cream on top. When I tried to pay with a Visa gift card, the waitress left and came back 20 minutes later only to tell me their system couldnt accept the card. I could not believe how understaffed and under prepared they were on their "busiest day of the year". I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Service was extremely slow, there was only one waitress working and the place wasnt even a third full on Valentines day, their "busiest day of the year" as I was told over the phone (our reservations were unnecessary). Our appetizer was supposed to be sweet honey chicken but it just tasted like chicken and soy sauce. The stir fry was completely average, nothing special (NO WATER CHESTNUTS!!). They were out of the dessert we wanted (chocolate won-tons) so we got the "mongolian brownie" on the waitresses recommendation. The brownie was WAY too dry and served at room temperature. The drinks were the only good thing about the meal, but they were even out of the sake we wanted to try. Horrible experience, mediocre food, and lots of disappointed faces when we looked around at the other patrons.

My husband and i wanted to try something new so we went to 301 mongolia to try it out. Service was super slow the food wasnt stocked and it wasnt even that busy. We ordered a appetizer which was cold then waited forever for our food to come out which was then burned and barely eatable but i didnt want to wait another 30 minutes for the food to be made again. Our waitress asked if we wanted any sauces i asked for some then it was never brought to me. We also had to ask 3 times for a to go box. We definitely wont be going back.

The vegetable selection is not bad. The chicken is fine butt the beef is below average. The sauce selection is not very good. There arent things like vinegar or lemon. There is lemon water which is just water with lemon peel in it. Same with garlic and ginger. The cook also likes to cook food until its indistinguishable so you have to make sure you tell them to half cook the veggies so it doesnt burn (or get over cooked). I would expect much more for this price.

Great place to eat for dinner. I would have given it a 5 star but, I went for lunch one day with a group from work and it was not good. The food was burned and all our food was mixed in with others. The Bread was over cooked. I called and spoke with a manager and he asked for me to email the pictures of the food to him which I in turn did. I didnt even get a reply back. I would suggest not to go for lunch.

$17 for all you can eat. Thats about the only plus. Not enough variety or ingredients, giving options of 3 kinds of rice with every bowl or noodles or soup with the ingredients you pick. All the ingredients are obviously cheap and lacks even the most common items such as bean sprouts. If I wanted to scrounge up a cheap bowl of stir fry with rice I would have cooked at home instead of going out.

I liked this place! Its right downtown and has a modern atmosphere. The food is a little pricey. The drinks are cheap but not strong. Service was very good. There were only a handful of other tables when we visited and our server was very attentive. Four stars because the vegetable selection was very limited, the fruit wasnt fresh and the steak was less than mediocre.

The food was as expected - you put starch, vegetables, protein, and sauce of your choice, and a cook stir-fries them together. I would have given 3.5 stars if possible, but I floor down to 3 because service here was not very attentive. They have beer and wine, although I did not try them.

Not so expensive if you share a bowl, which you can do as long as you didnt opt for all you can eat, for obvious reasons. They let you sample sauces and portion out your own meat, and overall it was an enjoyable experience

The food is pretty good and decent prices. I took two stars away for the service (we were neglected while the waiters sat and hung out at the bar) and because not all of the meat options were available at the time.

The food was good. I think the Price for a child under 4 is kinda high. They should adjust prices for kids. If our going to charge 8.00 plus 2.50 for drink you should think about adding kid friendly foods.

Its alright, service was good and the atmosphere nice, but its a tad expensive for a Mongolian grill and lacks the choices of a national chain such as ghengis grill

Everything about the place was very nice! The food tasted great and the environment inside the restaurant was also great. It had a very modern feel to it.
