I had heard from my manager at work that this place was awesome, that it was the only place that his parents would eat at as far as chinese buffets go....then my neighbors brother was raving about the place, stating that him and his wife go there often to eat. We went for the first time tonite for dinner, with our whole family, 2 adults with 3 kids, ages 2, 4, and 6- and that total for us all was $25!!!! That was for dinner, lunch would have been $4 cheaper! Thats usually what we would pay if we even went through McDonalds! The food was wonderful!! We totally overate because everything there was awesome! Will be coming back many time to come. The owners were watching over the whole place, making the visit extremely enjoyable, didnt hurt there was huge tv with soccer world cup on too! :)

The food here is really, really great. It serves Americanized Chinese food, but because they do it on a smaller scale (compared to bigwigs like Chinatown Buffet), they are able to produce freshly cooked food very frequently. The staff is friendly and courteous, and with a price like $6.99 (I believe - could be a bit cheaper than that), it is great for folks on a tight food budget. And lets face it, in this economy, we are ALL on a tight food budget. Some of my favorite items on the menu: stir-fry green beans, Indian chicken, their crispy peanut chicken and bean thread noodles. Yum! Highly recommended!

I have been going there for years and eat there several times a month. I recommend it to anyone who will listen ;-) Excellent value. Not a big place, so dont expect acres of trays and a huge selection, but everything is always cooked up fresh. What I really like is that even if you visit during slow times, they still bring out freshly cooked food, only in smaller amounts. If I had to pick some favorites, it would be their green beans (which you can see them preparing from vast mounds of fresh green beans), Mongolian pork, fried chicken wings, and pot stickers. Family-run business.

The service was horrible why because if you pay for a buffet plate the buffet place is yours is somebody decides to come to the door alright family becomes is to have a conversation with you and wants to eat a little bit of a buffet plates it should not be an issue because youve already paid for the buffet place you have not got about your chair and we got more for the buffet see the person sitting next to you they actually eating the leftovers that you left for your place so the service is horrible the food is very fair

I dont know who wrote all these rosy reviews, but I went there solely because I was under the impression that the food was awesome. However, the menu was tiny (about 45 dishes) compared to other Chinese restaurants, and all the food was drenched in sauce, deep-fried oil, and/or mayo. The selection was not authentic and the fruit bar was stale. I left the restaurant feeling sick. However, not to say that this place was unclean or blatantly bad. Just dont expect much.

Sunny China buffet has low prices and very savory food. I have been going there to eat for over two years, and their quality is consistent and high. They are quick to replace the trays of food when they run out. Their egg rolls are just divine-- crunchy and flavorful, and their sauteed shrimp is soft, hot and well seasoned. The staff greets you at the door and is courteous. Im a happy customer, I hope they are around for many years.

A lot of the reviews are true. They give themselves a 10% tip, the food choices are limited compared to other buffets, and one of the waitresses is not very nice. She gave me quite a bad look as soon as I walked in the buffet - as if she doesnt want customers. The restaurant looks okay, though, and the food is good. They need to have more food to choose from in order to get 3 stars from me, though.

We always enjoy the food and service. The food is always fresh and in great variety. The fresh stir-fry green beans are always excellent. The variety of shrimp dishes always satisfies my wife. Its not a fancy place but then you dont have to pay a fancy price either. We eat there a couple times a month and they always remember where we like to sit and what we like to drink.

We went here for the first time for dinner and it was excellent. Theres a large selection of food and it all tasted really good, especially for the low price. For a smaller restaurant, the service was good and we enjoyed the overall experience. We even discovered their really good ice cream at the end of our meal! We would definitely go there again.

If the price was $7 dinner per person, then I would have given 4/5. It was $12 dinner, and I could have gotten food of much better quality and portion with that price. Very little variety and and low-quality food that doesnt not get refilled often enough. Worst of all, they gave themselves a 10% tip. Youre forced to tip them!

Its not the best Chinese food Ive ever had, but its never been disappointing either. The buffet is always loaded to bursting and almost the moment something runs out its replaced with fresh, hot food. The prices are very reasonable and if you choose to pick up carry out the portions are plentiful.

As far a buffets go, the place is fantastic! I love the food and the service and best of all, the price. Some knock it, but thats because they tried to cheat the system and got caught feeding friends or family off their plate without paying.

Good food. Quiet enough to allow conversation, Very informal and comfortable. If you like good food at reasonable prices rather than elegance and formal. Atmosphere you should like it fine here.

nice buffet style place. All dishes are very good. They have both chinese and european style food and both kinds are fresh and tasty. Very good dessert choices. Must try.

They dont have as large of a selection as other Chinese buffets, but their food is always good (the best string beans Ive ever had!), hot, and fresh. It is a hidden gem!

Its an okay place. At least, its worth the money. If you want to have a lot of food and you are not looking for excellent food, then its the place for you.

Not a very large selection but everything there is delicious! We rather have a small selection of good food than a large selection of bad food.
