Please see the photos I posted on yelp to see what exactly what happened. My friend, who is a nice, shy international student was eating here with three of us. She went to get some soup and when she poured the soup into the cup, it split in half (probably due to prior stress crack) and the scalding hot soup spilled all over her hand. I immediately asked her if shes alright and she said no so I took to to the restroom to rinse cold water. Then I went to inform the front desk. The front desk lady just said Im sorry and then brought a first aid kit. She didnt offer any help. So after searching for burn medication, I cant find any. I hurried out to Target next door to buy some burn medication. When I came back, I found my friends hand all red and burnt. I asked for the manager. She came and said, "Oh Im sorry but it will be ok. There is no blister now so you will be fine." She then made a half ass effort to explain herself and said its cause of the humidity and sometimes the soup bowl cracks. I was just shocked at how cold she was, as if it was ok. Maybe this happens in China on daily basis but here to see such inhumanity was shocking. We went back dried her hand, put on the medication which I bought then sat back down and tried to forget about it and enjoy the holiday. Five minutes later the waiter brought us the bills (not even a courtesy on the house even for the burn victim). By then I was angry at how she was treated so I went to the front desk and ask the manger if she was kidding about the bill. She was like, "well its not like its our fault. You can call our insurance if u want to seek medical attention". All we wanted was just a sincerely apology, at least pretend you care for your customers. Instead, we got this callousness. Where is the humanity in this. No offer to get any medication (I had to run next door to buy it), just a simple sorry it happens and then precede to offer an explanation and then say its not their fault (which I agree but please show some sincerity, my friend was burned by scalding hot soup!). I will never eat here again, and if you read this, please see the photos and not come here either! Happy holidays. Enjoy it elsewhere!

My girlfriend and I have been going there for years even before we met each other. We love the place but I usually get sick every time we eat there. Sharp pains in the stomach and I get extremely bloated and gassy. We went last night (11/12/2016) and more of the same. We were eating when I started to feel sick. Then I saw a "Government Warning" sign behind the drinks station. Im not sure what it was or what it said as it could have just been like a guidelines list, but it still freaked me out. When right after that, I saw a cockroach crawling on the receipt printer. We were sat right behind the payment station where they ring people up. I couldnt believe it. Ive never actually seen a cockroach in a restaurant before. It was disgusting. Also, once again, the service was terrible. Thats become a reoccurring theme there. We rarely ever get refills in our drinks and they never clear our plates then they sit and watch me to see how much of a tip I give them then get angry at me when I top them low for the horrid service. My girlfriend and I both agreed to start looking for other dining options because we were both so disappointed AGAIN. Its sad cause it used to be such a great place, then the waiters and waitresses got so bad. They all have bad attitudes and the place is filthy. Plus it makes me extremely sick every time I go there.

I only gave it a 1 because 0 was not an option. I will never step foot in this restaurant again, nor will anyone I know if I can help it. NEVER attend this restaurant. We called five minutes before we went in, and the woman who answered the phone told us the buffet was $7.99. The only reason we turned the car around to eat at the restaurant was because of the cheap price. We trustingly ate our dinner and received a bill for $24 and some change (It should have been $16.)! We talked to our server, then another woman, and finally the manager, who was unwilling to help us and more or less called us liars, trying her very best to prove we were making it up. If that isnt enough to convince you, throughout dinner the only justification we gave ourselves for how awful the food was was, No wonder its so cheap! The food is awful. If you have ever had Chinese anywhere else, you will know right away that something is not right with how this place is run. Please, never support such an insulting, greedy, disgusting, and poorly run and managed restaurant. Sincerely, please do not give this restaurant your hard-earned money. Go somewhere else instead of having a night of bad vibes, WAY overpriced food, and then an upset stomach later.

This restaurant failed to amaze me BIG time. I went in, and there was a lady at the counter. I paid before I ate. Food: Im gonna be honest, its was disgusting. Im a big fan of chinese food, and i know what good chinese food is, and this was BAD. Potatoes should not be crunchy. Everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours. I had to actually leave because i was starting to feel sick to my stomach. Service: The service was poor. The lady at the front counter didnt even welcome me or anything. She just asked me how i wanted to pay. (I shouldve just walked out right then and there.) Then she sat me down at the table. I had another employee bring me my drink, and he kind of mumbled when he spoke, so i couldnt hear what he was saying. And on top of it all, i seen two employees just standing around with phones in there hands. Cleanliness: My table and plates where pretty clean, but my silverware was spotty. (Could just be waterspots though.) But it felt dull and dingy, and something felt a little off. So anyway, i would not recommend this restaurant, nor will i be back.

The food is constantly monitored and replenished. There are many choices. The food is delicious and plentiful. The restaurant is clean. The service is good. The price is very affordable. I would highly recommend it . I have been reading the reviews and I dont understand these people at all. The servers are Chinese and dont speak fluent English. That is not a crime. That should not be interpreted as rude. They all try very hard. The food is constantly replenished and doesnt sit long. You do not pay in advance and never ask as you coming in how you will pay. When I go there there are all races, and nationalities. Its beautiful to be with such as diversity of people. I eat there often and will be going today.

In town on business and stopped in for lunch. You have to deal with the rude staff including the kitchen staff worried about eating and no care for the fact you are paying to eat here. The food is nasty a couple of bites of each item and I was done with the whole experience. The tough chicken dumplings so grease soaked it was all you tasted. Food that should be hot and have to be held at a certain tep. where ice cold. I would rather eat out of the vending machine at the hotel then this place. As a whole 100% unprofessional behavior and nasty food. I spend 8 months out of the year traveling for business and this is the worse Ive ever seen.
