I drive a semi and I called ahead to make sure that they will deliver to where I am shut down at. I am at a business and I let them know I was going to order online because of the deals. They said no problem. I place my order and wait. After an hour they call me back unsure of where the address is. Then they tell me they can not deliver to the semi. I ask if they can deliver to the business and they say sure. After re giving them the name and address of the business they tell me that they do not deliver to warehouses. I explained that I called in ahead of time and they said I talked with a new employee that did not understand their policy. The offered to let me be a carry out order. The walk would be about an hour and a half for me I said. They then told me that they have to cancel and void the order and I will get a refund. I asked when would I get the refund they said they do not know. Very poor customer service.

Im not sure if there was a change in management recently, but the quality of the food and service here has gone down noticeably in the last year. I ordered from here several times about a year ago when I first moved to the area, and it always met my expectations. Now its inexcusable, even for fast food. It took them over an hour to deliver to my apartment, only a few blocks away. The food was cold by the time it arrived, the toppings were sparse and uneven, and the bread sticks were stale. The only reason this review is not 1 star is because I didnt get sick from eating it. If youre looking for pizza, there are plenty of other places in Bolingbrook to get it. If youre really craving Pizza Hut, its worth the extra millage to avoid this one and head out of town for it.

Worst place to ever order a pizza. I ordered 2 supreme pizzas and got the pizzas with very limited i mean very limited amount of ingredients on the center of the pizzas. My kids, where dad why is there no ingredients there is only sauce and bread are these different kind of pizzas. Call back talked to manager he had the nerve to tell that the low ingredients in the middle of the pizza was because of the cooking process omg im like u got to be kidding me.. Of course he said he wasnt going to do nothing for me very un proffesional and Unpleasant place to go buy a pizza.

If could give no star I would. While visiting IL we placed an online order, order went through, got confirmation and estimated pick up time. Drove there, door was locked, stood outside and called location and an employee answered and stated "I made your pizza and I closed the register, its going to harvest " he hung up and then him and the manger continued to look at us behind the counter while continuing to close. This is awful customer service and by now looking at the other reviews it seems the location needs some serious attention.

Attempted to shade my cc# on a reciept. When i confronted him. He got nervous, handed me the food so fast he got wing sauce all over me and left without giving me a reciept. Called to report issue and basically got laughed at. He told me its policy for them to shade the last 4 numbers and for me not to worry because the delivery man only got 7 of the numbers..... what? If i didnt stop him he would of had them all. This place is a scam and is not to be trusted

Ordered on the app. An hour and a half later still no food. Called the store, voicemail said theyre closed. This was during normal hours on a sunday at 6pm. No food, yet my card was charged. Not sure what is going on with this location but Im done with them. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Called again Monday during normal hours still no answer.

Judging from the other reviews this location seems to have a really bad issue with delivery. However I always carryout and every time Ive gone my order was fine, and I am charged the amount I agreed to. The food is fine. Guys didnt spit in my food or anything, and thats all I ask for from people working these jobs.

Terrible never go there got a two pizzas with pepperoni and bacon came home saw that the bacon was literally raw called the "manager" he said he could care less terrible experience and also the pepperoni on the pizza was a disgrace like 7 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza terrible never go to this one

Im a truck driver and they cant deliver food to a company where Im staying. 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Made the order online,and lady called me and said they dont deliver to a warehouses or trucks. So write that on your website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
