Me and a friend of mine went today (7.3.2017 around 7:30pm). Great place with amazing food and staff. Sadly I forgot the name of our waitress, but I want to thank her for being so nice and friendly, I rarely write about waitresses in restaurants, but she was really great and cheerful. My friend had accident recently and used a cane to walk, we ordered 10 mild +10 hot boneless bites and I had a burger that I got to go. I provide this info if a manager reads it to check if the waitress remembers us and give her a special thanks! You are very lucky to have such a great person in your staff! - Cheers, Yani Tomov

We went for my sons birthday while they were busy. Our food was taking a while to come out but we figured it was normal since they were packed. About 20 mins after ordering the manager came up and apologized for the wait and said the order would be out out in 5 minutes. He then said he would give us 25% off for the wait and gave my son a free t - shirt for his birthday. We were all very happy. Sabrina was our server and she was great as well. My 9 year old was happy that he was being talked to by the staff and not ignored. I couldnt be happier with the service or the meal!!

Usually when I go here its an above average experience. Food is always cooked properly and served quickly. As at any place the service you get varies on the waitress. There are some fantastic ones that remember our drinks and orders and carry on conversations, but unfortunately there are a few that are like talking to a 2x4, with no personality and seem like they dont enjoy there job. I know people arent always 100%, but you have to try not to bring the negative attitude to your customers. But that being said most waitress are usually of the better type :)

Service was terrible. Woman who seated us seemed annoyed she had to come to seat us. Server was not friendly at all, nor was she attentive at all. Took forever to come give us our bill when we were only on a one hour lunch. Tried addressing bill split with manager to which he replied "ya ya ya", while walking away. We could not believe how bad the service was. Appetizers were cold. Wont ever be coming back here. Service and food much better at Tilted Kilt and Buffalo Wild Wings in the area.

I arrived expecting hot wings and beer...apparently being served by a former Motley Crue groupie was part of the surprise. I then discovered "meth mouth" is a desired trait when hiring the wait staff. As I headed to the restroom, I discovered David Lee Roth and Nikki Six involved in some very questionable activities involving a bottle of hot sauce, a donkey and few of the Hooters "girls". Ranch dressing exceeded my expectations and the curly fries were to die for. The wetnaps were amazing.

This was my first and last time ever eating at hooters. I order 20 hot wings for pick up when I got them they were old with barely any sauce. So I called back up there and they told me I can pick up a new batch. Went back only to be disappointed again the wings were greasy and tasted sweet instead of hot. This place has ruined my chances of ever going to another hooters.

Food is great , I will disregard everyones comments about how the females there look because Im there for the food the service could be a lot better and the waitress need to be more educated on whats on there menu, might just have been our waitress but we had to waver her down over by use a couple times but the food is usually great!

I love going to hooters because of their vast selection of flavors available for their wings and/or shrimp. The service is always friendly and come around frequently. The food is always high quality, unless you get the boneless wings; theyre very tiny compared to the regular wings.

Have been coming in to this hooters for years. A great place to go for some boneless wings. Staff is friendly and the food lives up to the hooter standards. Prices are average for this place, however alcoholic drinks are a bit pricey for an average pour.

GREAT wings! The other food we had was good as well, but the wings were the standout food of the restaurant. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their menu, and the atmosphere was intoxicating. The drinks were great too, will return soon!

Service was fine but food was terrible. Wings were covered in red grease they called sauce (different from the "sauce" I had last time I was at one of these) and fries were room temp and under cooked. At least they didnt mess up the beer.

The staff is almost always pleasant and the food is, well, Hooters wings. Either you like this sort of place or you dont. Were relaxed people just looking for a place to chill out and eat tasty food and this fits the bill.

Mostly bland sauces if youre into spicier food like me. The buffalo chicken sandwich is decent, but even the hottest sauce pales in comparison to something like BWWs mango habanero.

there was a dirty used paper towel in my girlfriends salad and some of my wings were raw. I was expecting a way nicer environment because of the area but it sucked

Always a pleasure to eat here. This is one of the better hooters in Illinois, the food is really good and the services is always pleasant. Great place.
