I only give 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Ive ordered from them about 5 times. Will never order again. Delivery is dreadfully slow, that is when they actually decide to deliver it to me. 2 out of the 5 times Ive ordered delivery, theyve called me about an hour after I completed my order to tell me they dont have anyone working currently to deliver. So I went to go pick it up and both times they failed to deduct the delivery charge from my bill. The other 3 or 4 times I ordered, they estimated 45-60 minutes for delivery, only to show up like an hour and a half later. The food sucks too. Its always cold. Go figure. These people are unhighly unprofessional, extremely incompetent and downright lazy as hell. Please dont order from here, ever.

The wait here is dreadfully long, its about an hour and a half or so no matter what it is you order, and i know that this is just the laziness of some of the staff members because if you were to carry out then your order is done with in 15 to 20 mins, and ive waited outside the store for a carry out as i saw some of the employes just sitting around while there were pizzas that were ready up to deliver and they just waited for no good reason to deliver them other than just when ever they felt like it. Another way to see its just out of down right laziness, is that by the time it is delivered the pizza is already cold (i live 0.5 miles from the place)

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Placed an order for delivery and the woman on the phone said it would be about an hour wait which was understandable considering it was dinner time. 3 hours went by and my food never came, i tried to contact them 3 different times and ended up waiting on the phone for someone to answer for 15 minutes. waited another hour and tried to call again and STILL NO ONE WOULD PICK UP THE PHONE. terrible experience, will never order from this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

everytime we order from here they always screwed it up. the first time we ordered chicken alfredo, they gave us the marinara instead of alfredo, the second time we ordered soda but ended up no soda when they deliver and for the third time, our order didnt arrived after 2 hours from making the order, called after 30 minutes of supposed to be delivery time and said that the driver was in the store and dispatch as soon as possible. what the hell????after 2 hours the driver didnt left yet???the poorest service ever!!!

Ordered there a few times now. The wait for the few times were a little long. Given the fact I am within walking distance a pizza should not take an hour and a half for a 3 minute drive at best. They were cool to give me another fresh pizza and took off the delivery charge and said I would get another pizza free next time. Called again and now they dont have me in the system, just a little bothersome. Past all that, pizza quality is mediocre at best. Ill order else where.

Always seems to be understaffed. Every time we order they are 45 min to an hour late bringing the pizza. Very poor staff. Forgot my sauce one night told me they would bring it in 45 min and then never showed up. Company issued a $5 credit for the mistake then when I went to use it they claimed it was never added. Probably the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever been too. Cold and incomplete food.

We have ordered carryout from this location several times and have only had positive experiences. Weve never ordered delivery from here as our home is out of range. We typically spend an afternoon at Sea Lion Pool, order a pizza on our way out, hit up Family Video right next door, and then grab our pizza. Its always been on time and the cheese stuffed crust has always been delicious :)

I love pizza hut pizza but this place has worst customer service! Ordered online, said it would arrive at a certain time, waited for almost an hour after the designated time. Called twice, said they would call back to inform us what was going on; they never did. Pizza arrived cold! And one without my sauce! Im not someone who usually leaves reviews but I was so upset!

Order online at 12 noon after placing order website said delivery would be by 2 called and as if I could pick it up and the person said it would be delivered before 2..guess what...I live .05 miles away from there and for my pizza to take 2 hrs for delivery is unacceptable.. called to speak to a manager and the person answering the phone was rude and obnoxious.

Its Pizza Hut. Make-shift pizza at affordable prices. There is no dining room at this location, but offers pick-up and delivery. Right next to Family Video, so great to go in, order a pizza, walk over and browse and choose a couple of movies for the evening, and then return to pick up the hot and fresh pizza. Most orders are completed in only 15 to 20 minutes.

sag takkar is store manager. how lame he wrote a review for his own store. food sucks, managers there dont care about anything. takes forever to get deliveries. pizza quality is very bad. wings are usually over or under cooked. not enough toppings or cheese or sauce on pizzas. this location needs to be shut down to be honest. DO NO ORDER FROM THERE! BEWARE!

The worst Pizza Hut and worst customer service. 3 hours to get our order and that was after we called multiple times with them ensuring us it was "next to be delivered". Ended up giving me a $12 credit, thanks. Means I have to go back to your store though, so no thanks. Way understaffed. Avoid this place.
